Pros:

I have stayed here previously and rated it highly, however on this occasion we had to move rooms due to a system, no idea what, was extremely loud. Once moved we had a nice room but a room nearby was shouting almost the entire night, several banged and i believe staff came at one point but it continued, as much as this is not the fault of hotel staff, it clearly wasnt addressed so we had very little sleep

Neat, very well maintained, cleanliness and above proximity and it's location.

Cons:

The portable fan provided in the room was damaged and was unable to use it. Also there is no other way to contact reception other than going down in person
