super Hotel für wenig Geld
Pros:

Hatten preiswertestes Zimmer ohne Fenster, aber mit Lichtkuppel zum Öffnen und Luftaustausch.
Sehr ruhige Zimmer, optisch voll imposantes Treppenhaus, Unten Pub im Hotel, alles schnelle erreichbar

Staff were friendly and helpful, and clearly once grand hotel but felt much diminished once in room

everythings alright except the bed, or the "fixation" of the bed...

Cons:

the bed is screwed to the wall, at the same place as the neighbours in the other room... so you can imagine what happens when the neighbours start shagging... the whole bed and wall started rocking... please do something about this

Short and sweet a perfect quick stay for me. Won’t bring my wife and daughter…..

Cons:

Smell of weed / cannabis from vents, windows bedrooms.
Also….walls are wafer thin. You can hear people talking, sneezing, belching, SNORING, coughing, having sex….the whole lot!!!!!!

Breakfast was good value though.

Also, not sure why 3 staff at check in deal with one customer whilst I and another behind me waited at least 8 minutes before being attended to!! Strange!

Posizione strategica nel centro di Manchester,la struttura è molto bella in un palazzo bellissimo e storico del centro di Manchester

Cons:

Hanno pulito la camera solo una volta in una settimana (il giorno prima di partire),la moquette in terra,camera piuttosto fredda,bagno con la tendina poco igienica

Dissappointing and wildly overpriced.
Pros:

The night security guard was cool. Snake plants in sealed glass cabinets.

Cons:

No room service apparently for 'environmental reasons' .. so got home to an unmade bed and room as we left it.... wonky toilet seat... baking hot room as no window with no real ventialation, cramped stuffy space... no where to hang towels up had to use end of wonky wardrobe.... breakfast buffet served raw eggs ffs.... no dairy free milk (waiting for delivery for two days apparently) ,,, brown marks on toilet door - had to wipe off for peace of mind .... all woodwork skirting crumbly and in poor condition.... breakfast was as basic as imaginable... carpets grubby and old.... bedside lights on th harhest coldest cheapest fluro bulbs imaginable.... tap had such high water pressure it contiunally blasted us ...... bathroom smelled on arrival as zero airflow in the room.... booked it by referring to the price of £335 for two nights....did not match the photos at all. Massively regrettable.

It was just a room to sleep.paid £240 for 2 nights and couldn’t even get one kettle to make tea in a room.i send email 3 days before check in to request for kettle but still no help.
