Overall as a customer, I experienced a seamless service as we say in the business world.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is the most convenient for a traveler to Manchester. The rooms are spacious and any guest may utilize the other amenities that are available. Breakfast items are good but can be improved, e.g. by adding some cheese.

Cons:

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I will repeat again that there is no toilet brush for the toilet. Another thing I would like to add, is that it would be good if the hotel checks all its mattresses and change the ones that need to be replaced.

在这个酒店得到了很享受的休闲时光，下次来曼彻斯特我还愿意住这里！
Pros:

酒店是一座看起来很有历史底蕴的建筑，最精彩的莫过于大堂华丽像是要去演《了不起的盖茨比》超级具备性价比的体验！而且就在曼彻斯特市中心，无论是北角还是中华城，还是曼大，去皮卡迪利火车站只需要走十分钟！总之去哪里都很方便！晚上安保也很严格，只有出示房卡才能进，超安全！甚至还能退房后免费寄存行李，超安心！太喜欢这家酒店了！而且我一开始订了一天单人间两天双人间，前台给我很优惠的折扣就升级成了三天同房间的大床房，这样我就不用先check out再check in了，总之当场决定在曼彻斯特多住几晚。

Cons:

房间设施感觉有一点旧，但绝对不是坏的，反而有些复古的感觉，不过看在这个性价比的份上我真的可以接受！
