Great location right in the center of Manchester, beautiful Victorian building, impressive staircase and details. Small but clean and comfortable room. The receptionist was very kind. Thank you!
Centrally located with only a 10 min walk to all major stations. In China Town and only 10 minutes to the main shopping areas. Fantastic value for money for a budget stay
Communal areas are a bit dated in places and some painting needs doing. Rooms are basic and furniture dated but overall comfortable for what was needed
Reviews were poor,but I found it to be very clean,staff excellent and helpful,perfect for a break right in the centre close to everything

The staff were very helpful and also catered to my breakfast request, which made my breakfast more enjoyable.
There was one of the light switches in my room which didn't work, meaning I had to use the lamp for lighting and couldn't watch anything on the TV in my room as there was no TV channels

The bed was a little hard but only cos I like softer one
not much, very unclean (also untidy if i'm honest)
staff looked like they all wanted to go home, security was extremely rude and also got into an altercation with my female friend after she asked for his name that he wouldn't provide, ended up sleeping in the car where we felt a lot safer and surprisingly more comfortable 🤨
