Do not reccomend
Pros:

Location was good, in the city centre and close to trams.

Cons:

The rooms were small, out dated and dirty. Half the facilities in the room did not work including the lamp and fan. As well as the taps being on back to front. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Price was 3 times the normal price due to an event. Breakfast was stone cold.

Apart from breakfast the stay was great .
Pros:

Was everything I expected and value for money the staff were great , we arrived very early and the reception said the room was already ready so they let us check in early, overall we would stay there again.

Cons:

We went for breakfast which was a buffet style , it was horrible, stale bread , and basically cheap produce had a funny smell to it like it was off ?

Okay for a night or two
Pros:

Near Piccadilly

Cons:

My partner felt treated like an imbecile when he wanted to check in - even though the hotel had been informed by me via booking.com message that he would check in for us and had confirmed that he could. Extremely unpleasant experience for him. In the room no plug socket near any mirror.

Overall, I am impressed with the property. We have stayed in a hotel that has a but of history.
Pros:

It’s clean. The location is perfect and near the pubs, restaurants we visited. It’s accessible because Piccadilly gardens to get transportation is just nearby.

Cons:

The bed is quite wiggly. Would have preferred a non-spring mattress.
