Parking was horrible. They have no food on premise they mentioned Starbucks but it was just their brand of coffee.

If you select pay at property it should be just that.
Pros:

The room was nice

Cons:

$15 per night for parking is crazy. I also don’t like how they charge your card for the first night prior to arrival, when I selected pay at property when I first booked. While checking in a lady was devastated because her booking was cancelled and her and her family had to find somewhere else to stay after traveling all day.

I liked everything about the place and location. My family did also.

Cons:

They charge you for everyday that you stay for parking. Upon arrival the lady asked me would I be parking with them? But where else would I park? I drove 4 hours. We drove 2 cars so that was 60 dollars on top of what was already paid for the Suite. The same lady also tried to give me a hard time because my last name on my card didn’t match my ID due to be getting married. I even showed her something with both names to identify myself. Thanks to the gentleman that was at the desk who said it was okay or else me and my family would’ve had to find somewhere else to stay.
