Pros:

早餐很不錯，我是看了評價才選擇這個酒店的，有肉、蛋、酸奶、水果。負責早餐的工作人員也非常好。我們過了早餐時間，看到冰箱沒有牛奶了 ，正準備離開。早餐工作人員看到我們帶了兩個孩子，於是主動叫住我們，去廚房拿了兩瓶牛奶。正因為這個女士的善意，挽回了我們前一個晚上因為前台人員而對該酒店的極度不滿！

Cons:

與booking.com報價不符，且在check in時才告知要支付extra tax。我們提出應該酒店跟booking.com磋商解決，再由網站發invoice通知我們，不應該直接由酒店向客人收取多出的費用！我們還提出，酒店官網價格與booking.com一致，為什麼到了check in時要收extra 的tax，前台工作人員態度非常輕蔑，他們要求我們自己與網站聯繫，還問我們究竟還要不要check in！開了三個多小時車程，怎麼可能不check in？他的做法讓我們感到被要挾！

Good in all specially breakfast, clean surroundings, helpful staffs when needed.

Wasn’t bad overall

Close to everything

Cons:

Found dirty underwear in the bed
Didn’t notice it when we were sleeping but when we were making the sheets the next morning a pair of men’s underwear were rolled up in between the sheets

It was good

It’s close to the casinos and this is where we always stay. The room was clean and comfortable.

Pros:

I loved the location being close to the falls..however the room itself had no microwave the exterior door wouldn’t close properly, I believe they charged me for a broken chair that we let them know was broken as soon as we arrived..there was something going on with the mattress it would move around hanging off one side of the box spring regardless how many times we centered it..
