TERRIBLE. Strongly advise to avoid staying here.
Pros:

Staffs seemingly nice. This is a terrible hotel/motel.

Cons:

Cleanliness. The room had bedbugs!!!!! We were in room 225 and 227 during July 17 to 19, both myself and my family had bedbug bites. When contacted the hotel manager Diana, she seemed to be very cooperative and did an investigation, buy in the end concluded no bedbug was found. My family and I had more than 8 bedbug bites all over our body!!!!!

In addition, both rooms had clogged bathtub, we couldn't take any shower. After reported to the front desk on July 18 morning, the bathtubs were still clogged that night after we returned to the hotel. Apparently the front desk noted the sinks were clogged but not the bathtub.

We did receive a 15% discount for the clogged bathtubs. Nothing for the bedbug bites though.

Avoid this Hotel!!!!!!!
Pros:

This place is terrible. We were there from July 17th to 19th 2026, the rooms were overpriced (over $300 per room), the bathtubs were clogged (2 out of 3 rooms), we informed the front desk, they did nothing. Later that night when we found out the clogged bathtubs weren't fixed, we went to speak to the front desk again, and we were told that they recorded clogged sink but not the bathtubs, and it was too late to fix. We did receive a 15% off for both of the rooms.
The worst part comes after we returned home, both myself and my daughter got bedbug bites. I had more than 7 bites all over me, on my legs, arms, back, neck, and abs. We went to see the doctor and confirmed those were bedbug bites. I phoned the Accent Inn, someone named Diana (manager) took the case, did a full investigation, then told me they didn't find anything. Then they offered me a free complementary night of stay, no thanks.

Will never stay at Accent Inn again, and I strongly advise you avoid it as well.

Pros:

Außenpool, gute Lage nahe am Stadtzentrum, gutes Frühstück im Diner nebenan. Zuvorkommendes, sehr freundliches Personal. Kleine Badeente zum Mitnehmen, was natürlich die Kinder besonders freut.

Cons:

Lage direkt an stark befahrener Hauptstraße. Drogenabhängige direkt neben dem Gelände, den Parkplätzen, teilweise über den Parkplatz gegangen. Gefährlich, besonders wenn Kinder alleine unterwegs sind auf dem Hotelgelände.

It was EXCELLENT!
Pros:

The staff were wonderful from the front desk to ask! I really appreciated the text messages trying to remind parents to stop their children from running up and down the halls. It was very much appreciated, especially after a long travel day. They fixed a booking error made by me, and didn't overcharge me for it. Bravo to all the staff!

Cons:

It didn't have a snack machine.

Great location
Pros:

Friendly welcome, great location and who doesn't love a yellow duck! Our room was on ground floor at the back of the hotel, so it was quiet.

Cons:

Free breakfast choices limited, but greatful for money off of other menu choices.
