Pros:

The staff was kind.

Cons:

No housekeeping, we didn’t have clean towels or trash taken out for the entire stay. Hallways smelled of smoke

Regrettable
Cons:

Room was run down and smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Various stains on the carpet throughout the building. None of the exercise machines in the fitness room worked. Vending machines all empty. “Grab-n-go” breakfast consisted of nothing except barely warm stale coffee. The place looks and feels like a long neglected dump.

My two rooms given to me were filthy I know they were under construction but the area that wasn’t was filthy I was so tried and aggravated I just left didn’t even bitch for a refund just walked out

I didn't like that we didn't have a heads up they were doing construction if I would have known I wouldn't have booked there since I brought my daughter who has cancer and didn't need to breathe that stuff in

Very disappointing.
Pros:

There wasn't much to like at all. The receptionist was kind. I could tell that my room was recently renovated. And free wifi is always a good thing. Bathroom was functional. They also had plenty of parking spots.

Cons:

The entire building was under construction, which was not disclosed. They didn't offer a breakfast. Their weight room and swimming pool were also unavailable. Trying to get to my room through all of the construction was a death trap.

Neighbors were quiet or nonexistent.

Rugs tore up
Floor looked abandoned and was far from elevators
Honestly we left and found another hotel

Cons:

The entire hotel was under construction and none of the amenities were open. The pool wasn't just closed, the old furniture they was being removed from the rooms was literally filling the empty pool. The fitness room was completely torn down. Almost the entire hotel was being painted and plastic was covering the hallway. Honestly they shouldn't even be open. The rates should be drastically reduced and this information should be very transparent before booking
