Location was great

Cons:

The staff was friendly, although I would have appreciated a bit more information and assistance during my stay. The room was somewhat smaller than expected for the price, and I was also disappointed that a continental breakfast was not included. Overall, I feel there are a few areas where the experience could be improved.

Very happy
Pros:

Checking in was fast and easy. The lobby and amenities were very exceptional. Even the smell walking in to the lobby was refreshing. We had a great stay.

Cons:

I didn't like having to leave... next time will be a longer stay.

Great for a visit to the Valley Fashion Mall
Pros:

Nice clean spacious room with good facilites: outdoor & indoor pool, gym, bar, restaurant.

Cons:

Area is not the nicest but very close to the Valley Fashion mall.

Location is bad, streets are confusing. Parking is too expensive. Room smell like mildew/mold. Seemed like it was coming from the AC.

Great location, quiet, nice rooms, & friendly staff.
Pros:

I went to a concert and the hotel was in an ideal location to take the trolley. The staff was very friendly and my room was clean but the room smelled a bit like someone had smoked in it.

Cons:

My hall door had a patched up hole in it and the elevator doors had graffiti scratches on them. Not sure what to do about that but it gave the place a less than high end vibe.
