Warm and cozy
Staff members are polite and helpful.
The floors and the bathroom could have been cleaned and vacuumed better.
We did not have enough towels and toilet paper, we had to ask at the front desk.
Very clean very quiet very nice
The hotel is in a great location just off the interstate. Check in was smooth and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel and room were clean, however the hotel is starting to look tired and could use a refresh. The return air vent in our room was only screwed in with one screw and the second screw was hanging by a thread. The bathroom lights around the mirror were starting to fall off at the bottom of the mirror. Some minor stains on the carpet. Bed was comfy but the pillows weren't in the best of shape and could be replaced. Over all we would stay here again if we were in the area as the hotel was clean and offered a very nice breakfast.
The omlettes, comfortable bed, fridge & microwave.
Pork sausage and the 2 empty beer cans left in our room by the previous guests. Cleaning staff did not do a good job. We didn't check in until after 9pm, so were disappointed that the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned.
Pull out couch was uncomfortable but everything else was fine. Thanks for the stay!
Breakfast was great
Rooms were spacious
Nice tvs
The air conditioner was broken it was very hot
And their was blood stains on blanket

> I booked a two-night stay at this Embassy Suites expecting standard brand quality, but experienced complete operational failure:
> * Missing Amenities: The pool is permanently closed, and the business center was shut down years ago. Front desk staff dismissed this by texting me: "Unfortunately, all hotels are different and offer different amenities."
> * Service Failures: The evening reception ran out of food entirely. Morning breakfast ran out of basic milk and spoons for over 15 minutes, leaving guests throwing away food.
> * Maintenance & Housekeeping: The bathroom light flickered constantly, leaving us virtually in the dark. No stayover housekeeping or towel service was provided.
> * Management Handling: When I asked for a corporate escalation contact, Front Office Manager Steve Y. claimed he "didn't know" the Hilton corporate email address. When I escalated the issue with text evidence to General Manager Christine Penrose, she eventually agreed in writing to issue 80,000 points to settle the dispute. However, she subsequently called me to abuse and instruct that I not contact her or the hotel again (when i had never before called her or the hotel only contacted hilton customer care) and claimed the points would take 30 days??.
> * Zero Accountability: It has now been weeks. I forwarded all documentation to Priceline and Hilton Corporate. Neither party has provided a resolution, honored the GM's written commitment, or issued a refund.
> A property that abandons core brand standards, operates like a budget motel, and fails to honor written management commitments does not deserve the Hilton name. Avoid this location.
The front desk staff were terrific- especially Cori and Christian. I’ve never had a check-in person shake my hand and introduce themselves!
My room was not clean. Had a leak from the AC coming down from our ceiling. They switched us to a second room, which I appreciated, but it too wasn’t as clean as it could be. The house staff needs some re-training!
Location
Old. Needs some TLC
I was in 6 different hotels during my recent trip to The States with my Wife, Son, his Wife and 2 Grandchildren 3 of which were Hilton and 3 others and this was the best unfortunately it was only for 1 night. Check in was quick and efficient and everything was explained to us. My Wife and I obviously shared a room which was very good. The overall ambience of the property was good clean and bright and I found the stall helpful and polite. It was also Good to get a hot Breakfast made to order with proper cutlery instead of the lukewarm stuff and plastic cutlery which we had at other Hotels. Overall this is the only one visited I would recommend.
Great service!
Good location
Lousy service
I really liked the lady who checked me out. She was very friendly.
Everything else.
Breakfast and comfort in the room
The horrible roundabout near the hotel. I use roundabouts all the time. The one by the hotel is awful and dangerous.
The front desk woman on check in was absolutely wonderful. Really enjoyed our stay. Very well appointed property.
