Amazing treatment, A One Well Done!
Pros:

Amazing, seamlessly organised event. We booked for 50 people to celebrate my wives 50th Birthday, the staff decorated our tables with balloons and rose petals and were so attentive throughout the brunch and even set up a table on the balcony to allow us to continue to enjoy the vibes late into the evening. Drinks were flowing, food was delicious - we had amazing time.

Great experience. Location is very convenient, rooms are comfortable and the staff is great. Mohamad, from concierge service, helped me with my luggage while checking out and was very fast and reliable.
Great hotel in the heart of Msheireb. I highly recommend it.

Exceptional Massage with Sony
Pros:

One of the best massages I’ve ever had.

I’ve had massages all over the world, including America and England, but Sony at Park Hyatt Chicago was exceptional. It was the perfect balance of strength and comfort deep enough to really feel the muscles being worked, but never painful or uncomfortable.

I left feeling completely relaxed, relieved, and genuinely destressed. You can tell he understands the body and isn’t just applying pressure for the sake of it.

I made sure to thank Sony personally. Highly recommend.
