Месторасположение отлично. Транспорт рядом - автобус и лодка. Завтрак хорошо, но можно разнообразить, так как каждый день абсолютно без изменений.

А вот заселение и персонал на рецепшне - это кошмар. Сначала нам выдали номер, в котором жили люди)) Сразу заменить на наш тип номера не смогли, выдали временный классом ниже и сказали утром переселят. Утром пришли - там новые сотрудники, которые вообще не знают о этой проблеме. Рассказывали все заново, сказали номер появиться только вечером. Вечером пришли, опять новые сотрудники, которые не зеают о нашем вопросе. Мы снова все рассказываем, нам выдают новый номер, но он оказывается не прибранным)) Мы снова на рецепшн, и нам выдают новый номер. Учитыаая что на рецепшне очереди то каждый вопрос решался долго. В номере за 7 дней ни разу не прибирались, хотя мы просили. Wi fi в номере не работал вообще, хотя тоже каждый день обещали починить. Вообщем задача сотрудников - перенести проблему на другого сотрудника, а не решить ее.

Nie polecam i nie widzę powodów by wrócić.
Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do środków komunikacji, możliwość korzystania z Uber Boat bardzo pomocna. Pokój duży, mieliśmy szczęście bo klimatyzacja u nas akurat działała mimo przeciągającej się awarii w dużej części obiektu. W sąsiedztwie Tesco express

Wbrew informacjom zamieszczonym w ofercie, w obiekcie praktycznie nie ma wi-fi, co w dzisiejszych czasach jest naprawdę zaskakujące. W pokoju nie było możliwości połączenia z siecią, a problem pomimo zgłaszania rano i wieczorem przez 3 kolejne dni, nie został rozwiązany. W częściach wspólnych internet bardzo kiepski, dostępny tylko w niektórych miejscach. Windy w obiekcie nie działały, a dostęp do pokoi na piętrach w części obiektu, w której nocowaliśmy był możliwy tylko dzięki metalowym kręconym schodom przypominającym raczej schody przeciwpożarowe. Na co dzień nie był to duży problem, ale wejście z bagażami to było wyzwanie. Przez 7 dni pobytu pokój nie był ani raz sprzątany. Stoliki w restauracji podczas śniadania były po prostu brudne. Bar, który miał być czynny przez 24 h przez 7 dni naszego pobytu nie był ani raz otwarty - podobno z powodu braku personelu. Ogólnie, duże rozczarowanie.

5 Nächte ohne Klimaanlage, anderen Bewertungen zufolge anscheinend auch schon davor und noch danach.
Kein Zimmertausch möglich. Personal ist bei Problemen meist hilflos.

Location and river boat to Canary Wharf

Cons:

The fire alarms going off multiple times throughout the night and not one of the members of staff knew why. We were in and out of bed in the early hours of the morning so much. Next morning extremely tired, I asked the maker receptionist what went wrong, he replied I don’t know. No fire Marshall’s to be seen or staff, while the hotel was emptying during the evacuation

Beliggenhed ud til Themsen så god udsigt og lyd af vand. Nem vand transport. Der var rent, flot værelse m sengelinned og håndklæder, god morgenmad

Cons:

Manglende air condition, blæser var for ringe så mega varmt trods gardiner trukket for. Koldt vand var nærmere kun lunkent. Træls at voksne ikke kunne fjerne børnesikring på vinduer. Fjernbetjening til tv manglede, ingen pose i skraldespande

The ferry was a nice touch. Made it easier for me to get around with the ferry & Uber boat since I'm mobility challenged.

Cons:

The walk back through the park @ night. I saw unused bus stops on street just below the hotel/hostel.

Pros:

The room was lovely and spacious. The bathroom was well laid out. The desk space was nice

Decent location for manageable price
Pros:

Decent location in quiet residential area. Decent public transport access. Bathroom is reasonably clean and supplied, but shows wear. We had a loft room with a wooden window shutter, that did great job keeping room dark in the morning. Climate control worked well, but was noisy.

Cons:

Throughout our four night stay elevators did not work, thankfully building is just four storeys high. Climate control unit constantly made sounds of running gurgling water in the pipes. We were able to sleep through it, but for light sleepers it can be a problem. To be fair, we did not raise it with the staff, as we did not have problem with sleeping with that noise, so not sure if it could be fixed. TV remote was half broken, not something that bother me, as I didn't visit London to watch TV, but still.

Ideal für einen unkomplizierten und preiswerten Aufenthalt in London.
Pros:

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für London. Das Zimmer war sauber, der Check-in unkompliziert und die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gut. Ideal für einen kurzen Städtetrip. Wer eine einfache und bezahlbare Unterkunft sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Cons:

Parkplatz liegt einige hundert Meter vom Hotel entfernt und konnte nicht reserviert werden.
