Pros:

Staff is very friendly. The day we arrived, the person at the front desk took the time to show us places near by in line with our plan. He explained to us why taking uber will be more economic than the ttc for our group of three, and in fact we did save some $$$.

Holiday Inn Express is always my first option because by experience they are the best option for family trips.

Cons:

Complimentary water not available the first day.

AC needed termostat reposition. One side of the room was colder than the other.

Enjoyable stay in Toronto
Pros:

Very good location and staff extremely helpful. Coffee and hot water available in the lobby

Cons:

For vegans the breakfast was limited with poor selection of bread/ rolls and fruit. Lack of kettle in room
