Excellent Staff - friendly and courteous; Location is very close to multiple sites and a short uber or taxi closer to downtown. Lovely restaurants close by. I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing overall, but cleaning staff need to be more professional.
Pros:

My go to hotel in toronto, very comfortable, clean, good front desk staff (special thanks to Khaled). Spacious rooms perfect for relaxing and a good night’s sleep. Location is perfect in my opinion (not the best view) however it is close to everything.

Cons:

The cleaning staff are unprofessional, one came into the room without knocking, and that was no acceptable especially for a hotel with such a good reputation and good rating. This is the first time I have any bad encounters with this hotel and I hope it would be the last time something like this happens to anyone. Note: front desk staff were understanding and accepted the report of this incident.
