Thoughtful
Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay the rooms were comfortable, the staff were lovely and the location was great. We especially loved the complimentary drinks and small snacks that were available in reception which was a nice touch and created a great sitting area in the lobby.

Cons:

The AC was a little noisy but manageable.

The room design was weird. Mismatched furnishings, depressing colors, a stained rug, paintings that were just plain odd and hung in strange locations.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is convenient for visiting the city. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

The restaurant is overpriced, and the staff are not always attentive to customers.
I also would have appreciated being able to add the breakfast option to my booking after checking into the hotel, but the receptionist basically told me it wasn’t possible.

L’emplacement proche du métro est top.
Le personnel est sympathique (sauf au bar/restaurant).
La décoration du hall et des chambres, c’est parfait !
Le café / thé du matin à l’accueil est un vrai +

Cons:

Nous avons détesté le bar/restaurant pour le petit déjeuner. C’est incompréhensible une telle différence entre le hall de l’hôtel et cet espace qui est vieux et laid. Il n’a pas été refait comme les autres espaces. Et aucun intérêt d’y prendre votre petit déjeuner, ce n’est pas bon et il est temps de changer la vaisselle. Quel dommage, cela gâche un très bel hôtel.

Really comfortable for a family.
Pros:

Nice sized room, very clean, lovely common areas. Good location- very quiet and close to the museums

Cons:

No coffee in the room although coffee was available in the lobby from 6 am. A bit further from the main attractions of the city than some other hotels.

Great vibe, comfortable and convenient
Pros:

We liked the location being slightly away from the main hub, but St. George station is right by the hotel using lines 1&2 so you can be totally central in under 10mins. We had breakfast included which was great and there was wine offered from 5pm-6pm with nibbles and additional coffee and muffins in the lobby each morning. Staff were terrific would definitely stay again

Die Lage ist toll

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist richtig schlecht. Beim Frühstück war die Bedienung unfreundlich und die Qualität der Speisen auf Fast Food Niveau. Die Polsterbänke waren kaputt.
