Good location
Hotel lobby and stairs: not clean, carpets look like they've never seen a vacuum. Dirt chunks on the stairs between the carpet and walls. Dirty railing.
Elevator: out of order
Hotel room: Filthy. Crumbs and bugs everywhere. Floors not clean, mattress (undersheets) full of bugs and crumbs. Hair in sink and tub. Surfaces not clean, the bedside table had sticky spots in multiple places.
Breakfast: watered down waffle mix and syrup. Coffee was terrible and the juice machine not working.
I asked to be moved to a different more accessible room and was told they were full.
I do not recommend, in fact I would not stay again if I was paid. STAY AWAY

Elevator and ice machine not working
We had a booking for today, and I emailed the front desk a day before requesting an earlier check in. It was confirmed without any issues.
When we got to the location, the supervisor Queenie, immediately spoke to us with hostility and told us we need to pay an extra fee for early booking. She didnt greet us or welcome us to the hotel at all.
The $50 additional fee wouldnt have been a problem if we were greeted with respect and kindness, but she continued to talk over me and kept telling me thats their policy, regardless of any prior communications.
I told her that I feel like she is being aggressive and she told me thats my opinion. Her colleague Mohammed admitted that this was his mistake, and instead of correcting the problem Queenie was rude, aggressive and demeaning.
She told me three times that she would rather not book us in, instead of finding a solution. She would rather turn is away than admit that she is being rude.
I didnt raise my voice once, use harsh or mean language or anything. I am also pregnant at the moment, and she treated me like this in front of my daughter and husband.
She kept on denying that she wouldnt check me in, even after my husband tried to talk to her. She kept on talking over him and being absolutely rude.
We’ve used this hotel multiple times and will never go there again. We will also be sure to tell colleagues and friends to avoid this property at all costs. Its not worth being treated poorly when I’m a paying guest, simply asking for the agreement that was made prior to the visit.

Busy area with traffic
Elevator was not working. I was travelling with my dad and small children. It would have been nice to know that before hand.
