Pros:

I love this hotel because of the people. They are all wonderful, and they do everything in their power to help, if you need it. And they also understand that you are busy and working hard and they give you all the time and respect that you need to get your work done. When I go there, it's like going a nurturing family. Thank you for all that you mean.

The hotel, like at least 30 % of the hotels in this country, is owned by private equity. If the hotel was independently owned, it would receive a consistent 5-star rating by its guests. Las habitaciines huelen a humedo, una de las habitaciones tenia el tapete mojado avisamos al.salir a las 9 am y cuando llegamos a las 8 pm no habian solucionado nada, el bano el inodoro la llave no servia, el control del televisor tampoco , le falta mucho mantenimiento a este hotel es muy malo

Crowded but It was chill and relaxing.
Pros:

Valet was my fav. All the guys were cool calm.

Cons:

The manager constantly telling me he’s watching me and my service dog so he can charge me extra. Also not being able to get back in from the dog field and having to walk around but this is nothing major.
