Perfekte Lage für eine Stadterkundung.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, der Blick über die Landungsbrücken und Hafen war wunderbar. Die Mitarbeitenden waren alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Betten fanden wir ausgesprochen bequem.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war ziemlich hellhörig - unser Zimmernachbar hat die ganze Nacht lautstark geschnarcht...

A wonderful hotel but there is a problem with the design re windows/lack of cooling in the room I stayed in.
Pros:

Charming and fantastic location, wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. Great room except for the problem described below. Nice breakfast and lunch although foot was a little pricey.

Cons:

The room had no aircon and during the day the sun made the room unbearably hot, fans were insufficient, opening window/door led to communal balcony so not secure. Partially opened window/door was insufficient to cool.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt nur bei den Cocktails besteht noch Potenzial
Pros:

Die Lage, die Zimmer sowie das gastronomische Angebot waren sehr gut. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Verkehrsverbindungen war vom Hotel aus sehr gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Personal in der Cocktailbar war sehr unfreundlich und hat den Gesamteindruck des Aufenthaltes sehr gedrückt. Es wurde Tische reserviert, welche nicht mehr vergeben wurden und Plätze angeboten, welche deutlich „schlechter waren“.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen wieder!
Pros:

Das Hotel hat sehr freundliches Personal, die sich jederzeit um Wünsche und Probleme der Gäste gekümmert haben.
Ein Wunsch zum Zimmerwechsel (Blick zu den Landungsbrücken)wurde anstandslos erfüllt. Im Speisesaal war es, da Wochenende war, sehr unruhig und voll, aber die Organisation hat fast reibungslos geklappt. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut!!!
Besonders angenehm war die Towerbar.

Ich bin öfters im Hotel Hafen. Wie immer alles perfekt. Tolles Zimmer, super freundliche und hilfsbereite Angestellte.

Pros:

Haus mit Flair und schöner Aussicht und Lage.

Cons:

Ein Zimmer in Nähe der Abluftanlage. Die dröhnt die ganze Zeit. Warum geht die nicht bis übers Dach? Fenster aufmachen schwierig weil nachts mit Lärm. Lief um 01:00 noch und morgens um 05:00 auch.
