Pros:

sehr nettes Personal, wir waren viel zu früh und wollten nur unsere Koffer abstellen. Aber uns wurde bereits ein Zimmer gegeben ohne extra Kosten.
Lage ideal, direkt an den Landungsbrücken.

Cons:

Einen Wassekocher gibt es leider nicht im Zimmer.

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist großartig. Unser Zimmer war groß und bot genug Schrankraum. Das Bad war geräumig und schön. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es ruhig.

Cons:

Das Zimmer verfügt über keine Klimaanlage. Das dürfte im Sommer ein Problem werden. Bei einem Badezimmer dieser Größe wären Halter für die Handtücher am Waschtisch schön gewesen.

Super war die Überraschung als wir angekommen waren das sehr schöne Präsent zu unserem Hichzeitstag

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Die Parkgebühr im Hoteleigenen Bereich und der Tiefgarage für eine Preis von 25 € pro Tag im Gegensatz kostet ein Wochenticket in der Straße vor dem Hotel 30€. Das steht in keinem Verhältnis.
Desweiteren das Frühstücksangebot lässt sehr zu Wünschen übrig. Vor 5 Jahren gab es hier noch ein riesiges Angebot von verschiedenen Sachen. Heute gibt es eine minimale und sehr kleine Auswahl wie z. B. kein angebotener Lachs wie es früher war oder die riesen Auswahl an verschiedenen Obstsalaten.
