Wenn man bei der Buchung einen Hund angibt,dies auch noch bestätigt wird und dann das Personal bei der Anreise aus allen Wolken fällt, habe ich der Form noch nicht erlebt.

Schönes Hotel, aber fehlender Kaffee
Pros:

Das Hotel ist super sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Grundsätzlich gehoben und sehr wohlig eingerichtet. Definitiv einen Besuch wert!

Cons:

Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt habe ich:

Jedes kleine Hotel schafft es den Gästen eine Kaffeemaschine (Kapsel o.ä.) für eine ruhige Tasse Kaffee am Morgen zur Verfügung zu stellen, bevor man sich in den Trubel stürzt.

Dieses Hotel nicht.

Man ist gezwungen entweder zu frühstücken oder seinen Kaffee im Restaurant zu trinken (-kleiner- Cappuccino 5€!!!!) Das finde ich dem Hotel und auch dem Service, sowie dem Preis für eine Übernachtung, absolut unangemessen.

Vielleicht kann man hier ja langfristig nachsteuern.

Mottelprächtiges Hotel
Pros:

Willis Bierstube kann ich empfehlen, beim Restaurant sind die Preise sehr hoch.

Cons:

Die Betten zu weich, die Lage des Hotels für Behinderte und Rollis nicht ideal.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage , bei offenem Fenster sehr laut auf Grund der S-bahn und dem Autoverkehr unterhalb. Teure Parkplätze.

Tolle Lage für Aktivitäten rund um den Hafen.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage an den Landungsbrücken ist ideal.

Cons:

Es war sehr heiß im Zimmer, da keine Klimaanlage im Hotel verbaut ist. Bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen war schwierig, da die U-Bahn direkt vor dem Fenster vorbei fuhr. Die Geräusche der Bewohner unter der U-Bahn-Brücke waren morgens sehr schwierig zu ertragen (da dann das Hotel natürlich nichts machen).

Pros:

Breakfast was good

Cons:

Room was hot and smelled damp. There was no AC and no ventilation at all, except small exhaust vent in shower but considering the amount of moisture in toilet after shower even it wasn't working. Only way to change any air/make room any cooler was to keep the window open and considering the noisy surroundings, it prevented sleep.

For some reason my room was not including breakfast. No one told this to us though when we checked in, when we visited the breakfast or even at check out. Hotel then later called me that I didn't pay and charged the credit card without my consent 29€/day/person for breakfast.

There was no parking at all available. All spots were occupied. The only way to park was to leave the car 400m away to another hotel and it costs 25€/day.

Good looking hotel but if you want a good night sleep, stay away.
