Vroeger was dit hotel veel beter
Pros:

De ruime kamer en de locatie

Cons:

Het personeel. Indifferent, wenig behulpzaam. Onpersoonlijk hotel, afstandelijke service. Wat ooit een charmant en gastvrij hotel was, is een gemechaniseerde organisatie geworden.

Excellent experience all round
Pros:

Great stay - the breakfast was lovely, the location was great, and the staff were helpful. My room was also upgraded, which was a nice surprise.

Huge disappointment!
Pros:

Not far from Central Station (to add a positive note)

Cons:

Old, smelly and dusty room. The outdated windows were not isolated and it was annoying to sleep hearing the traffic noise.
Sauna left unattended (wet towels on the ground, soap dispenser broken) and not available in the morning so you'll be out of luck for your wellness routine.
Breakfast not that great (except for the bread), we were offered overripe bananas that turned alsmost completely black!
Finally, indifferent staff. They just don't care...

Teleurstellend
Pros:

Locatie prachtig.

Cons:

Er zoemde volcontinu, dus ook s nachts, iets van een rammelende buitenunit bij een buurpand. Als goed hotel pak je dat op, en spreek je de buren erop aan.
Het raam kon dus s nachts niet open, wat jammer was, omdat vanuit de putjes in de badkamer een penetrante putlucht kwam.

Erg zonde en van een nacht in Bilderberg verwacht ik meer.
