Great location, but windows need upgrading
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, great breakfast

Cons:

Windows didn’t close fully so each night was quite noisy from the street - also spotted a mouse in reception one morning running under the coffee station and then subsequently discovered mouse traps at the back of the table

Pros:

We booked an Executive Room in the tower and were delighted to get a room on one of the upper floors. The huge window offered a fantastic view overlooking the city, which made the stay feel extra special. The room was amazing, and we absolutely loved waking up to such a beautiful view. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Bien.
Pros:

La reserva era1 habitación doble y 1 habitación single cual era inaceptable por acceso de muchas escaleras (sin ascensor) y muy antigua. Con un suplemento nos ofrecieron un habitación doble en la torre.

Cons:

Ensuite deur op de kamer is niet geisolerrd. Een telefoongesprek in de kamer ernaast was letterlijk en luid tot laat te horen. Dus weghalen of isoleren!

Have to request online to have your room cleaned every single day but sometimes it wasn't cleaned even though you'd request it
