We komen zeker nog eens terug.
Pros:

Ontvangst was deze keer erg goed, vorige keer moesten we zelf inchecken wat niet hoort bij dit hotel. Nu bijzonder vriendelijk ontvangen ook bij het vertrek erg aardig en netjes. Geeft toch een heel ander gevoel dan dat je komt en gaat zonder een woord.
Ontbijt was prima. Bedden en kussens ook.

Cons:

Misschien een goed idee om de kamer eens een lekker sopje te geven. Badkamerdeur was echt vies, tapijt kan ook weleens een reiniging gebruiken. Het geheel ook eens lekker schoonmaken.

Te veel sterren voor dit hotel!!!
Pros:

Locatie perfect voor winkels. Mooi hotel en kamers. Personeel onthaal zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Jonge werknemers vriendelijk. De kamers zijn zeer goed onderhouden. Ontbijt zeer goed.

Cons:

Heb een luxe kamer geboekt in het nieuwe gebouw met ontbijt en 3 gangenmenu. Wat niet op voorhand gezegd was is dat je totaal geen keuze had in wat je s'avonds ging eten (bv. Tussen 2 a 3 keuzes). Ik heb problemen met mijn maag en iedereen lust niet alles. Heb het de dag nadien 4 keer in de dag moeten vragen wat we gingen eten en pas rond 16u30 kreeg ik een antwoord.
Wat betreft de kamer is dat er nergens een raampje open ging voor buitenverlichting. Wat wel belangrijk is voor de gezondheid en om bacteriën te vermijden. Er was alleen maar koude airconditioning, maar die dagen was het fris en regenachtig. Dus niet zo warm op de kamer. De airco kon je niet per kamer afzetten. Alleen voor het hele gebouw. S'nacht bleef de airco ook blazen en in de badkamer lawaai maken. Heb dit gemeld aan het onthaal en ze hebben voor ons een kamer geregeld in het oudere gedeelte met een airco om af te zetten en ramen om te openen en een terras. Ideaal.
Ivm met het personeel, bij ontbijt werden de vuile borden en tassen niet afgeruimd. Er liepen 3 werknemers rond. Er werd gewacht tot dat we weg waren om af te ruimen maar dat ging ook niet vlot. De eerste ochtend heeft de manager zelf moeten mee helpen.
Het oudere personeel is niet zo vriendelijk als de jongeren.
DIT IS ECHT GEEN HOTEL MET 4,5 STERREN WAARD. DOE ER MAAR EEN STER AF.

Cons:

Système de ventilation de l’hôtel devant la fenêtre et très très bruyante toute la nuit
Matelas mou, chambre mobilier vieillot . Cuisine ferme à 21h et pas prévenu à l’arrivée

Efface à 15 mn à pied de la gare centrale et du centre de Rotterdam.
Pros:

La taille de la chambre. WC séparé. La qualité du petit déjeuner. La gentillesse de l accueil.

Cons:

Chambre au dessus d un système de pompe à chaleur sans double vitrage. Pas de bouteille d eau dans la chambre. Du payer 5.5 euros pour une bouteille de 1 l d eau filtrée au bar (re remplissable gratuitement à la fontaine du lobby)

De ligging

Cons:

Kamer was koud, gelukkig werd er wel een extra dekbed gebracht. Het ontbijt is goed, maar er mag wel wat sneller aangevuld worden. Er werden geen eitjes gebakken.
