On a temporary basis, and until June 8th, 2026, the Beach Club will not be available, including its Food & Beverage offer as well as the sunbeds and parasol service in that area. As an alternative, the hotel will offer à la carte dinner service at Il Centro Pool, where guests will be able to enjoy the same Mediterranean gastronomic concept, with a carefully considered presentation, traditionally offered in the beach area.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation made with an incorrectly advertised rate due to obvious technical errors or system issues. We really liked the staff that took us from place to place on the hotel carts. Super polite and friendly.
The check in with George was miserable. He acted like we were bothering him. We arrived at the room late at night. First thing in the am we were both full of ants and I mean full of ants, everywhere, the bed, our cells, shoes, bathroom. They made it to our luggage to. They sent two guys to spray. Due to asthma we couldn't breathe in there. They asked us to go get breakfast so they'll do a thorough deep clean. We returned, there were ants still crawling all over. They sent us to another room in a different building elsewhere. We lost our day packing and unpacking. Breakfast was a zoo. Not enough staff, too many guests. We were waiting too long for a table to get cleaned. We stopped going for breakfast. The cleaning personnel spent literally minutes to clean the room, every time we show them, they were resting in the room chatting, even after they saw us, they continued. We didn't receive a face towel, we only had the full body towel for everything, our trash was cleaned once in 4 days there.
Last time we visited this hotel, things were great. Ownership must have changed. When you charge 400€+ a night, you must deliver accordingly. This was unacceptable. Never again...
Tolle Anlage direkt am Meer
Der Main Pool war eiskalt und das bei 30 Grad im Sommer. Fast keiner war dort baden. Das war sehr schade. Wir sind in das warme Meer gegangen. Das Haus Alpha( so wird es genannt) liegt an einer sehr lauten Straße. Mit offenem Fenster kann. Kein normaler Mensch schlafen.

השעות של כל המתקנים והבריכות 10-19. קצת מגביל במיוחד בקיץ.

καινουργια μοντερνα δωματια με ανετο και ομορφο μπανιο. μεγαλο μπαλκονι. εξαιρετικο μπουφες για πρωινο και βραδυνο. πολυ καθαρα παντου σε εξωτερικους κ εσωτερικους χωρους. προσωπικο διαθεσιμο και προσχαρο , καινουργιες πισινες , καινουργια εστιατοριο , φανταστικο γυμναστηριο και χαμαμ και ευκολη προσβαση στην παραλια.
Very modern hotel, clean and very well furnished. Breakfast was nice, with a nice variety of choices, although it was the same every day. Best about the hotel was its amenities, like a nice, large outdoor pool area, a private beach with a lot of sunbeds free of charge, and also an indoor pool with saunas.
Waiters, especially the ones on the beach and pool, were extremely slow and inattentive. You could wait half an hour only for a menu, and no one came to take an order.

The beauty of the location is breathtaking.
location and sea view were nice.
Size of room was extremely disappointing for the price we paid, we had to move furniture and luggage onto the balcony so that we could both fit in the room together. Breakfast was not good at all, eggs and bacon tasted like plastic. Reception forced us to take mini van to Athens for 120EUR when there was 4 of us and 3 luggage, when many other customers were paying half as much for a big taxi, when challenged they refused to change it and in general were very moody with us for the whole stay.
