Lovely experience all round and matched its promise exactly. Location is a little remote so be prepared to uber or hire a car if you want more to eat and do than the hotel has to offer. Staff were particularly courteous throughout, food was of a high standard and overall upkeep of the hotel was exemplary. One or two more food options / restaurants and some evening entertainment would make this hotel top-top. Lastly, but unique to the timeframe of our stay, the closure of the beach club for renovation and water park not being available was a big miss for us - father with two teenage children.

Όλα ήταν τέλεια. Αν και 4 αστέρων το ξενοδοχείο έχει επίπεδο παροχών 5 αστέρων. Λογικά ο λόγος που δεν είναι πενταστερο είναι ότι δεν έχει σουίτες και δεν έχει κανονικό εστιατόριο με σεφ. Έχει εστιατόριο τύπου μπουφέ. Το λέω ως εικασία δεν ξέρω πώς δίνονται τα αστέρια.

Huge hotel area with 3 buildings, 2 outdoor and 1 indoor pool, sauna, hammam, wellness area, 3 restaurants etc.
Beach access closed due to construction when we were there.
Staff was amazing, everyone really friendly and accommodating.
All in all I had higher expectations and felt our stay was way too expensive for what we got.

You have to visit the spa and speak to Evgenia, she recommended Maria who was amazing. We had a fantastic time at the spa and the treatments are a very high standard. Thanks Maria!

A really gross hotel, with very unhelpful staff. We got to a room full of mosquitos all over the ceiling and bathroom. Dead bugs on the nightstands, and bug guys streaked on the ceiling like someone killed some before. We asked for a new room, and they just sent a guy with a shop vac. The room smells terrible. A new room would have fixed all of this. Very disappointing. This is the stuff you see in one star hotels.

Never have I ever stayed in a hotel where staff are incompetent. Checking in was a complete shambles. No clear information given about our stay.

Room service and housekeeping experience has generally been poor. On multiple occasions, dishes were left in the room even after housekeeping had attended. Basic items such as tea, coffee, and vanity packs were not replenished consistently, not all bins were emptied, and overall attention to detail was lacking.

General staff service around the hotel has also been below average. The poolside bar was unable to make even classic cocktails such as a mojito to a reasonable standard, which meant we had to leave the hotel to enjoy drinks elsewhere rather than relaxing and making use of the facilities we had paid for.

We were also extremely disappointed to discover that the beach – one of the main reasons we chose this hotel – is undergoing works and is effectively unavailable. This was not made clear to us when booking.

In addition, we booked on a half-board basis and were only informed at dinner that this included dinner only, with no flexibility to move this to lunch. We were also not told that this only applied to the hotel’s buffet restaurant and not the other restaurants on the property. This was not communicated clearly at the time of booking and felt misleading.

To make matters worse, the food at the buffet dinner service was poor, and we even had to complain that some of the food did not seem fresh.

We have also experienced repeated disturbances during our stay. On one night, a corporate event continued until 2am, with loud music audible from our room, followed by further noise as equipment was packed away. The rooms are clearly not soundproofed, and every night we have been able to hear traffic from the highway, which runs between the hotel and the beach.

Most recently, last night there was a party in the room next door that continued until 4am. I had to call reception multiple times, and hotel staff had to intervene twice to ask the group to keep the noise down. Beyond leaving a note and offering to move us to another room – which is not a meaningful solution when we are leaving tomorrow and had already been upgraded on arrival – very little has been done to resolve the issue.

I am genuinely upset and disappointed that we have experienced problems on what feels like almost every day of this trip. This was meant to be a special occasion and a memorable holiday, but instead it has been marred by repeated issues, most of which come down to poor service, poor communication and a lack of care. Will not be recommending this hotel to anyone. Should be listed as 2 stars and I'm being generous.

Its clean and tidy gardens well kept and a little sanctury from the hustle and bustle of Athens.

Πραγματικα ηταν ολα τελεια ! Ηρεμια, καθαριοτητα, αριστη τοποθεσια, θεα, το κεντρο ευεξιας. Στα εστιατορια μια χαρα το μενου, το μπαρ σε ωραιο σημειο με χαλαρωτικη μουσικη. Συγχαρητηρια στην επιχειρηση.
