On a temporary basis, and until June 8th, 2026, the Beach Club will not be available, including its Food & Beverage offer as well as the sunbeds and parasol service in that area. As an alternative, the hotel will offer à la carte dinner service at Il Centro Pool, where guests will be able to enjoy the same Mediterranean gastronomic concept, with a carefully considered presentation, traditionally offered in the beach area.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation made with an incorrectly advertised rate due to obvious technical errors or system issues. In the event of a cancellation, the guest will be informed as soon as possible and an alternative solution will be offered.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. מדובר באתר ברמה של ריזורט ים מעולים בתאילנד, עם מספר בריכות, במפלסים שונים, חוף ים פרטי, אוכל באיכות גבוהה מאוד עם מספר מסעדות, האתר יפיפה, החדרים טובים (אם כי לא הכי יוקרתיים אבל בהחלט מספקים בהינתן שרוב היום אתם לא רוצים להיות אלא בבריכות או בחוף הים).
החדרים טובים אבל כאמור קצת ספרטנים בדומה לקלאב מד.

Δυστυχώς ήταν μια πάρα πολύ κακή εμπειρία που μακάρι να μην κλείναμε ποτέ το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα για διαμονή. Όλο ξεκίνησε λάθος από το check in και την αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά των ρεσεψιονίστ. Το δωμάτιο δεν είχε την θέα που είχαμε κλείσει και το βρήκαμε με τρίχες και μυρμήγκια στο πάτωμα. Μας άλλαξαν δωμάτιο αφού δεν μπορούσαμε να πάρουμε τα χρήματα μας πίσω και να αποχωρήσουμε. Δεν θέλω να μπω σε λεπτομέρειες καθώς δεν επιθυμώ να χαλάσω άλλη ενέργεια για αυτό που συνέβη. Το προσωπικό και οι προϊστάμενοι γνωρίζουν πολύ καλά για τη δυσαρέσκειά μας, αλλά δεν έκαναν κάτι ουσιαστικό ούτε έδειξαν ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον για την αποκατάσταση των παραπόνων μας.

Receptie is in tegenstelling tot het personeel ronduit onaardig. Dit doet afbreuk aan vriendelijkheid en servicegerichtheid van het personeel bij het ontbijt, diner en zwembad!
