Overall, I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The hotel room was clean, and comfortable throughout my stay. The bed was especially comfortable and allowed for a restful night's sleep.

Cons:

THe decor and furnishings were somewhat basic. However, this did not negatively affect my overall stay.

Cons:

The hotel lobby seemed to have had some renovations done however the rooms and the floors need the same TLC. Very dated and gloomy looking. The breakfast buffet which was included in my stay was just okay. I also didnt like that I was still charged for receiving a package that arrived while I was checking in! I knew it was my package, told the person it was my package, no handling on the hotel's part. The front desk person said oh perfect timing...and still charged me for it. 😐 Small things like that make a big difference. There is also construction going on in the area so the view may be impacted.
All in all I wont be staying here again.

Exceptional service
Pros:

My husband and I booked a room for our anniversary upon arrival there was a hand written note . We needed dinner reservations but the restaurant was fully booked and they didn’t have a table , I called the Front Desk and Michael asked if I needed anything. I told him I couldn’t get a reservation and he took the liberty to call the restaurant and got us the best table . On our way to the restaurant husband lost a button on his dress shirt and Michael got a sewing kit from his car and was able to sew the button back on. I have never experienced this type of hospitality before we were blown away. Thank you for your exceptional service and kindness.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

I really liked the friendly and helpful staff. Donte, Wendy and the staff at Starbucks and also the crew at restaurant who served breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel could use a little renovation. The carpet in the hall way had a little odor.
