Friendly people everywhere.
Pros:

A+ all around. Menu and food was great. Seabass, octopus... burgers & fries. Wait staff attentive (Tessa) and good drinks. Nice hot tub. Clean and the ambiance was beautiful.

You Must Bring Noise Cancelling Headphones To Sleep At This Hotel
Pros:

Rumors of structural renovations and noise-proofing are false. The room literally vibrates from its proximity to airport and road. Do not get fooled into believing that the quality of windows and walls are akin to the nearby office buildings. They're not.

Pros:

Odd check in experience, the staff transferred her work halfway to her manager midway

Room is medium sized and like most US hotels , bring your own toothbrush , pjs, bedroom slippers

No buffet breakfast but a la carte, plan your time if you’re in a hurry

Gym is medium sized

Pros:

The rooms and facilities. Plenty of lounging area throughout the hotel. Multiple water stations to refill your water bottles.

Cons:

I asked for early check-in to get my daughter ready for her dance competition. They couldn't accommodate that at that moment but said they would text me as soon as the room was ready. 1.5 hours later, no text and check-in time had started so clearly they didn't bother texting me when the room was ready.

Pros:

The property is beautiful and clean but there needs to be better communication between employees with booking and if you book directly with a hotel employee and are promised a room type prior to arrival that room should be available for your stay with no surprises at check in!

I would still recommend this hotel for any purpose of stay
Pros:

Overall experience is not that bad, including the cleanest of room and valet parking service agents , the only thing is when I tried to join the world of Hyatt at the check-in, that is an issue.

Beautiful hotel but lack of housekeeping was a minus
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, and the room was very clean on arrival. We really appreciated the water stations on each floor. The gym was also great.

Cons:

We stayed for three nights, and housekeeping never serviced our room. When I mentioned this at checkout, I was first asked if I put a no disturb sign on the door, and the front desk clerk checked the computer for a long time. I said I didn’t. I was then told that housekeeping is every fourth night?
