Location
It was dirty, the flooring needed replacing in the elevator, all the chairs had a sticky feel
To them and my shower drain was plugged. It is just a little rundown to be a Hilton
I was very impressed with the staff from the front desk to the bar to the breakfast staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Also super kid friendly, the balloon lady was an excellent touch.
Breakfast was great. Location was perfect. Walked to dinner and the Civic Center.
Room could use a deep cleaning. Spots of mold on shower wall. Spider webs in some corners. Stale smell to the room. Running the A/C helped with the smell. Sofa in room had some stains and odors.
The location was great. We were able to walk to the places we planned on going to.

Bookins.com quoted $224. Charged $249 at checkout. They advertise HBO but doesn't furnish HBO Movies. Old, antiquated and dated facility such as rooms.

It was old even the furniture, carpet, beds everything was old in that hotel the windows were filthy like they haven't been cleaned in years. I was very disappointed especially when I pay that kind of money for a room. I will never stay there again or recommend your hotel!

Just a few hiccups, nothing to warrant a "bad" stay or experience. There were blood stains on pull out sleeper sofa cushion/pad (so that couldn't be used), no conditioner or body wash in shower(bottles were completely empty) & only 1 working treadmill out of 3
