Very pleasant and convenient. Went for first Seahawk season game. Go Hawks.

The beds and pillows need to be replaced. Add more lights in the rooms.

Cons:

The beds and pillows were extremely soft and old. The mattresses needed to be replaced. There wasnt enough lighting in the room.

It is right next to freeway. So be warned people do honk horns and you hear traffic sometimes . But not horrible

Lovely welcoming staff at the desk. Nice amenity to have hot chocolate and decaf coffee available.
Pros:

Breakfast was good - a nice range of things. More fruit would be lovely.

Cons:

Our room did not look like it had been cleaned - there was old chips on the floor and other things. We were so exhausted, and arrived so late, I did not have the energy to move my family to another room.

Close to the airport. Airport shuttle was convenient.

The breakfast was not great. Juice machine was broken. Hot water was cold. Eggs were microwaved.

Clean, safe and they offer nice breakfast with a couple hot items.

Cons:

Staff who checked us in was the not most pleasant to talk to, especially when telling us we don’t get the bed arrangements we chose though we paid in full at the time of booking, because the hotel was oversold. She could have been nicer as we were exhausted from traveling long flights.

Waited too long for someone to come to the front desk to check me and my coworker in. I booked a king room - and got two queens. Air conditioner stopped working and was a giant pain in the butt!

Cons:

I hope all the plastic eating utensils could be swapped out for compostable utensils. All that plastic waste was discouraging.

The pool was also too cold to swim in even during summer.
