Great location...friendly and helpful staff...room was a decent size and kept clean
Rooms a bit dated but you expect that with old buildings like this...would of preferred a walk in shower rather than tbe shower being in the bath(but not really a problem
La ubicación es excelente, justo al lado de la estación. El edificio es precioso. A nosotros nos tocó una habitación en la buhardilla, muy buen tamaño y todo muy limpio.
Close to the station.
Room was extremely noisy with the nightclub nearby not stopping music until 3am and very hot because there was no air con. Leave the window open with all the noise or close the window and swelter? Terrible choice. We hardly slept.

Location was perfect
Rooms were not as pictured they were old fashioned , dirty and uncomfortable. They had the heating blasting when it was 27 degrees outside. Bathroom was dirty , deco and room looked like a bedsit from the 1950s. Lights didn't work properly was dirty and smelled. The pictures you are shown from the hotel is not what it is at all. You could see the springs sticking out of bed and pillows were lumpy. Was so bad we checked out at 11pm and the receptionist didn't even ask why. We tried getting a coffee and were refused even though the machine was right there. Worst hotel I have ever ever stayed in. How they charge so much is beyond me. Asked for refund and completely blanked. Don't stay in this dive.
No AC just a fan blowing hot air .
After a shower I was constantly sweating
The location was perfect for me, right beside the train station and Metro. Minutes walking distance from everything I needed. A taxi, Starbucks, beautiful cafés, shopping, bars and restaurants.
What will make me return are all the superb staff, never afraid to engage and always willing to help, no matter what.... from HK to Reception absolutely perfect. You won't find better. Of particular note are Lorraine, Mandy and Michael the Breakfast crew who couldn't do enough for me. Thank You, so much. Tom.
Honestly, nothing. The hotel is full of natural character because of the building itself. It could be a little more modern, it could be a little tender, but that would destroy it.

Windows would not open - it was the hotest day of the year, carpet was filthy around the bed. Very basic. Took ages to check us in as well
I've stayed in this hotel for the last 4 years and I will never stay in it again, rooms are filthy, mold on curtains and all over the bathroom, could see daylight under the door from the corridor
