a place to spend the night
Pros:

pet friendly, staff was great.

Cons:

outdated rooms, vending machines did not work, could not even get a bottle of water. Breakfast had minimal selections basic scrambled eggs, waffles, bagles, toast, rice crispies, coffee, juice. Carpet in room was in poor shape and not clean.

The stay was great and the staff was wonderful
Pros:

Beds were very comfy, staff was fabulous.

Cons:

Breakfast closing at 9am?? I specifically chose for breakfast but came down to find it was already closed. I had to find a breakfast place for my 84 year old mother, every place had a line out the door, it was Mother’s Day.

For the short time it was very comfortable and clean and worth the dollars paid.
Pros:

The facility was clean and the staff was very courteous and helpful.
The only drawback seemed to be the location which was a bit away from any activities.
But, a very nice hotel.

Decent room, bad staff.
Pros:

Room was decently clean. Man at desk at check in was great.

Cons:

Staff was rushing me to check out at 10:15 am. My room key was deactivated at 10:50 am with some of my items still in the room. And I was charged twice for the $150 cleaning deposit. The deposit always returns to my account after a few days. Wondering why the charge was taken twice.

Dog friendly is the reason we chose to stay at this budget motel.
Pros:

Receptionist very efficient and professional. Beds were comfortable with good, clean linens. Comfortable easy chair. We didn't swim, but the pool was clean and inviting. Considering the Northway runs past the motel, it couldn't be heard in the night.

Cons:

Overall our room was clean, but all around the perimeter of the room has not been vacuumed. The heater was loud when it turned on in the night. There are lots of small damaged areas to ceiling tiles, door trim, room corners and exterior doors that gives an impression of DIY maintenance. Exterior landscaping had some trash in it, dog walking grass area had small shards of broken glass. there was a derelict van parked off alone at the edge of the lot that gave off the appearance of being abandoned. Within the powerline right of way, near the van behind some brush ,was a fairly large camping tent set up with jugs of water nearby, making me think someone is squatting there. We did not eat the free breakfast because it was not impressive.
