Low price but facility needs upgrades.
Pros:

Close to Queensbury & highway.

Cons:

The breakfast was very limited and the coffee wasn't good. The breakfast room needed cleaning and updating.

It was extremely noisy (right next to thruway), the heater did not work and there were bugs in the room.

It worked for a last minute overnight stay
Pros:

Rooms were clean, facility a little 'tired', but very good breakfast and decent location.

Cons:

A little noisy with highway traffic,guests next to our room were fighting until 3 am, and we could hear them quite clearly. Seemed to be a lot of partiers, because they were 'in and out' slamming of the doors until the early morning hours. Empty tequila bottles outside the door.

The clerk knew where we could get food close by

Cons:

The lobby and hallways smelled of pot and the room smelled so strongly of floral scent I had to open the window (that had no screen) and leave it open throughout the night.

Toilet barely flushed and only did so if you held it down for a long time.

Trip with grandsons
Pros:

We had a sweet because it was my husband and I for boys and a dog it was a great to have the attaching room

Cons:

We didn't like that we weren't told that the breakfast time was only 6:00 to 9:00 we get down there at 8:30 8:45 and everything was gone
