Embassy Suites - Chevy Chase exceeded our expectations; especially the staff!
Pros:

Front desk staff was awesome! They really made us feel like friends! Every single one of them! The omelette chef was awesome as well! Every day he greeted us and made us feel welcome. Every staff member that we passed in the hall smiled and said “hello.”
I was very impressed with our stay there!
Loved the proximity to Metro!

Perfect weekend getaway.
Pros:

Located close to the red line metro so it was easy on and off to all of the sights and tours. Staff really goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Breakfast was incredible and the free happy hour was a bonus!

Front desk staff and breakfast were grrat. Need to renovate bathroom
Pros:

Right at the Metro station. Front desk staff was really helpful and good. Well trained. Breakfast was great

Cons:

Bathroom could use some renovations. We also got locked out of our room. Another guest locked the main door leading to our room. They were also smoking marijuana in the room. We were able to get another room but the bathroom was peeling and needed renovation

Very nice place to stay. Suites are beautiful. Just needs a couple of little tweaks to be perfect.
Pros:

Front desk staff was amazing. (All shifts)
Love that the pool was open late.

Cons:

Couch in room could have been cleaner.
Restaurant staff was not the friendliest. Asked for 2 sets of plastic utensils and was told they were only for restaurant patrons.
Breakfast could have been better. The scrambled eggs texture was weird and they should have been a 3rd juice option provided.
