Great kitchenette, made it easy to leverage the prime location above Trader Joes. Lots of space for solo traveler.
You had to take a separate lift / escalator from ground floor up to reception, then again to your rooms.
Staff are welcoming and always smiling every time there is guest approaches the reception.
When we entered the suite, for me, it was clear it had not been cleaned properly. The floors were sticky, and the bedsheets had an unpleasant odor. I’m also allergic to dust and was sneezing throughout our entire stay. Cleanliness is essential to a hotel’s reputation, and this experience fell well below expectations.
Breakfast was great and convenient. Lovely staff down there. Beds were very comfortable and both check in and check out weee very easy.
We had issues with accessing the pool on Saturday and Sunday because they rent it out to a swim school. We were basically thrown out of the pool area by the swim school and hotel staff wasn’t prompt in resolving this issue.
Rooms were not very clean, with some stains on doors
I stayed here from 5/22 to 5/25 and I have to say the experience was less than mediocre. There were only 2 elevators for the entire hotel one which broke down Saturday afternoon. I was at the happy hour on 5/22 I witnessed the cook from Willies touching the food he was going to cook with his bare hands. I complained to the manager on duty and he reported that he would speak with the food and beverage manager about his behavior. However I witnessed him doing same thing on the 23rd and 24th. Needless to say I did not eat there. The breakfast offerings were mediocre. The steps from lobby level to the restaurant level was dirty. The mirror in our bathroom was literally peeling off. I wish I took a picture. The pool was not available to guest at all times due to a swim school using it. The rooms could use an update. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It should not be part of the Hilton chain. It gives Motel vibes.
breakfast in general was good. It could have been even better with more options such as parfait, fresh fruits etc. but no complaints. afternoon drink is a nice touch. Keep it up!
Parking cost and validation process was not a great experience. Solution: give guests a parking key card or embed that option into the room key like Las Vegas does. Subsidize the parking cost to $20 for multiple entry, rather than 36 dollars with front desk manual validation each time one goes out - that was not a good CX.
Świetne pokoje suits, duże, przestronne, bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Świetne śniadania, super uprzejmy każdy pracownik personelu. Dodatkowo drinki happy hour w cenie. Świetnie skomunikowany hotel z centrum - stacja metra naprzeciwko. Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania - 10 min. metrem.
Location and room to spread out.great having the metro attached. GREAT.
Happy hour and breakfast issues.
Happy hour-Someone put their hands in the tortilla bowl. A manager saw it and removed the chip bowls from further consumption as it had become possibly contaminated. Workers later put it back out instead of disposing it.
Morning cook got an egg order wrong. No big deal. But he gave us someone else's order (omelettes) and wouldn't let it go even when we walked by. No biggie. Just odd.
Relatively safe and clean. Metro stop in the basement.
Abandoned shopping mall. Old school hotel with $25 movie rentals but can't stream on the TV like newer hotels.
Most of the rooms that can sleep larger families were double beds only.
If it wasn't more expensive than better hotels closer to the Mall it might be a good budget option but it was significantly more expensive than comparable options nearer the city.
Peeling paint, broken light shade, mini fridge kept cutting off. Typical older hotel in disrepair. Called the front desk for assistance finding the ice machine (it's on 8 btw) and they put me on hold for 5 min then hung up.
Big room. Quiet. Very good breakfast. Good location.
Large rooms. Good location for graduation.
Rooms weren’t ready at check in. Not very clean. Staff were not very friendly and argued with multiple guests at the front desk. The property was in an abandoned conference center which felt sort of dystopian and desolate.
Ease of using metro and safety. Room was huge and breakfast was fantastic.
A little confusing (for a country girl) to find entrance and exit to metro. It became a joke and resulted in lots of laughter.
Nothing!
It is an old hotel, electric outlet either did not work or would constantly pop! One exit to the outside. False advertising, no Cheesecake Factory. Mall is sitting empty!
No carts, searched for 2 hrs. Very short staffed. Then had the nerve to charge 106.20 for parking they don’t offer.
What a scam. If I was Hilton I wax remove my brand from this hotel!
Duży przestronny, jasny pokój.
Nie działająca spłuczka w toalecie, nie działające jakuzzi.
