景観
食材の低コスト化が進んでいる。夕食、朝食共にB級グルメ感が否めない。３年前から定期的に利用していますが、ここ１年どんどん低下し、今回は特に酷かった。ブッフェで別料金を用意し、基本メニューはビジネスホテル以下。外資系のホテル群との格差が拡大。
こうなってくると、別料金となる温泉費２０００円も見合わないと思えてしまう。
ベッドが居心地良くぐっすり眠れました。
バイキング朝食もいつもと同じで美味しく頂きました。
ロケーションの良い部屋で良かったです。
チェックアウト時に混み合うのが難点です。
清算済みのお客様の専用窓口があれば良いと思います。

Fuldstændigt nedslidte senge: vi havde to dobbeltværelser og alle fire var helt færdige.
Støv på lamper. Fingermærket og andet skidt på væggen.
Man skulle betale for adgang til både fitness, spa og pool. Poolen var den største joke. Lillebitte, uren og placeret omme bagved hotellet ved udblæsningsrør mv.
Udendørs potteplanter var gået ud og ikke vedligeholdt.
LIGE bag hotellet var der el lille strand, som man nemt kunne have lavet noget lækkert ved i sammenhæng med pool og hotel, men ak…

We were picked up from Hiroshima train station by the hotel courtesy bus with the journey taking around 35 minutes. Upon seeing the hotel you can't be anything but impressed with it's grandeur, you enter a very grand and impressive lobby to check-in, there were more than enough staff to cope with people checking in, with the check-in proving quick, smooth and efficient from a very professional team.
We took one of the many lifts to our floor, which was a Standard Triple on the tenth floor, upon entering you are met with quite impressive an view looking back to Hiroshima, the room was a good size, and was neat, clean and tidy.
Once settled in our room, it was a quick shower and change to explore Hiroshima, there is a bus stop situated just outside the hotel, which takes you to the centre and is well worth the effort, a truly fascinating and historical city.
Next morning, a very comfortable sleep was had by all in what can be only described as a very comfortable bed, we also booked the breakfast, it has to one of the best breakfasts ever sampled at a hotel, a large and varied selection with absolutely stunning views over Hiroshima Bay, the breakfast was plentiful with something for everyone, delicious and filling, the Oyster omelette was sensational, the breakfast team like the reception team were very efficient and attentive, clearing and cleaning tables as soon as they were vacant, all in all and despite it's distance from the centre, we would definitely return.
Nothing to do with the hotel, but if you are going to venture into Hiroshima and return later in the evening via public transport, the service is limited and you may have a walk back from the bus stop, only highlighting this just in case people have limited mobility.
La vue magnifique depuis chaque chambre permet presque d'oublier la vétusté de l'établissement. Malheureusement, les chambres sont impersonnelles et vieillottes, les murs présentent des taches et les matelas sont peu confortables. L'hôtel aurait vraiment besoin d'une rénovation complète.
Son emplacement, à l'écart de l'agitation de la ville, est appréciable pour ceux qui recherchent le calme. En revanche, cet isolement implique des frais de taxi supplémentaires pour se déplacer.

Great location for the fast ferry to Miyajima island, 30min ride to city centre by hotel free shuttle or public bus
Rooms were cramped and tired, furniture worn out and scuff marks on well. There was an extra charge foe the pool and gym. Hotel exterior and public areas look grand but rooms could do with a sprucing up
