ビュッフェでのスタッフの方の対応はとても満足しました。

こんなものだと言われたらそれまでですが
夜のビュッフェはちょっと残念でしたね、、、
平日宿泊でタイミングもあるのかもしれないですが
さすが一流ホテルって言う目玉的なものがなかった。
普通のバイキングって感じ。
それであの値段っていうのがね、、、
朝ごはんの方が良かった。

Pros:

Hotel molto curato con ogni genere di attenzione. Staff preparato e disponibile. Le camere molto spaziose e pulite. La posizione è ottima per chi vuole visitare le isole vicine, un po' meno per il centro. Ma c'è la navetta interna oltre che la fermata del bus proprio in Hotel. E' sicuramente un hotel da vivere.

Cons:

Tutto molto bene, se vogliamo trovare il pelo nell'uovo direi che il bagno non è all'altezza della camera, non mancava nulla ma non aveva la stessa cura e le finiture dell'hotel. La posizione per chi volesse visitrare il centro o muoversi è parecchio fuori anche se servita benissimo da navette e mezzi pubblici.

快適で最高に良かったです。
Pros:

まず圧倒的に広く美しいロビーに感動致します。
館内は清潔で全ての事がスムーズに出来るように
設計されています。
大浴場も大変綺麗でお湯も最高デス‼️夕食も朝食も美味しいかったです😊宮島にもホテルから船が出ていて25分程で行けます。原爆ドームにも車で20分でした。非常にアクセスも良いです。また来月も広島に行く予定がありますのでこちらに泊まる予定です。

Cons:

廊下の話し声やドアを閉める音などが聞こえるので
そちらは少し減点かなぁと思います。

Très mauvais séjour
Pros:

Rien hotel vieillot , chambre sale et délabrée .

Cons:

Tout , hôtel impersonnel notre fils dormait sur 1 canapé non ouvert avec 1 alèses en guise de matelas .. Moisissure dans la Capone de douche . Algues dans la piscine et pour couronner le tout : Onsen et salle de sport payants : 2100 y’en / personne pour chacun d’eux

Pros:

建物は古めだと思うが、綺麗に清掃されており、気持ちよく過ごすことができた。普通のツインを利用したが、大人二人でもゆったり利用できた。室内のユニットバスもやや広めで使いやすい。温泉（入湯料別）も洗い場が20くらいはあるので、ある程度混雑していても使いやすかった。露天風呂からは、夜は真っ暗でどこに何があるのか分からなかったが、朝風呂の際には広島湾の開放的な景色を眺めることができた。他にも良かった点は挙げられるが、この露天風呂からの眺めが個人的には一番の思い出になった。

Cons:

建物が古いため仕方がないとは思うが、普通の客室だと冷暖房が集中管理となっている。そのため、ちょっと涼しくしたいとか、ちょっと温かくしたいとかの微妙な調整が難しい。もちろん、ちょっとの調整が難しいだけなので、個人的には不満というほどでもないが、今後の利用者のための参考になればと書いておく。

Excellent séjour. Déjà venue en 2019, je reviendrai à nouveau !
Pros:

Accès à l'hôtel très bien organisé, navette à disposition à fréquence régulière, les bus de ville s'arrêtent à l'hôtel également. Chambres spacieuses et vue exceptionnelle sur la baie. La navette pour l'ile de Miyajima s'arrête directement sur le ponton de l'hôtel, tout est organisé pour le confort des voyageurs, merci.

Cons:

Les horaires des restaurants de l'hôtel ne sont pas toujours compatibles avec les arrivées en fin de journée et les tarifs assez chers.
