The most exceptional hotel to stay in florence
Pros:

One of the best city hotels I’ve ever stayed in, incredible breakfast and location with one of the kindest and best workers in the business

Cons:

It took me a very long time to think of one bad thing as there was so little but my only complaint is the bartender in the main bar was very hard to find

Perfect Location, Wonderful Stay
Pros:

We really loved this hotel. Our room had the promised view of the Duomo, the location is excellent and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the air conditioning worked perfectly despite the extreme heat wave during our stay. We especially enjoyed the beautiful rooftop in the evenings, when it was pleasant to sit there and admire the stunning views over Florence. The spacious lobby and its bar were also great places to relax. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so we can't comment on it.

gem hotel in Florence. From the moment we arrived until the second we departed, every aspect of our stay was flawlessly executed.
The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient. Whether you are in town for business or leisure, it serves as the perfect home base. It is centrally located, making it incredibly easy to navigate the area, access local transportation, and explore nearby attractions without any hassle, however what make this hotel fantastic is his Extraordinary Team.
While the location and rooms are fantastic, what truly sets this hotel apart is its staff. They are the heart and soul of this establishment.
The Lobby & Reception: We were greeted with warm, genuine smiles that immediately set a welcoming tone for our trip.
The Concierge: They went above and beyond to offer tailored recommendations, assist with bookings, and ensure our itinerary was completely stress-free.
The Restaurant Staff: Dining here was a joy, not just because of the food, but because the service team was so attentive, accommodating, and kind.
The most remarkable thing about the team is how they make you feel. They are remarkably helpful and endlessly accommodating. They don't just treat you like a guest; they make you feel like you are at home—and honestly, even better. It is abundantly clear that they will do absolutely anything in their power to make your stay fantastic.
If you are looking for a place that combines ultimate convenience, luxury comfort, and world-class, deeply personal hospitality, look no further. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! (Special thanks to all the team but specially for Tomasso , Daniele ,Abdel rahman and Antonella)

Amazing Hotel!
Pros:

This was by far the best boutique hotel I’ve stayed at and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff, service, rooms and buffet as well as dining area are beyond amazing! This place was far more than I expected.
