Nice room. Clean, very comfortable bed. Meal at Apron was spectacular -- expensive, but highly recommended.

Central, yet quiet location. Room was spatious and clean, with complimentary bottled water. The breakfast was excelent. I enjoyed my stay in Vienna very much.

It's our favorite hotel in Vienna to which we have been so many times.
I would recommend a couple of improvements to enhance the guest experience. Rooms facing the street can be quite noisy at night, which may affect sleep quality.
Additionally, the room and service doors are very heavy and tend to close loudly. During the morning, when housekeeping is working and accessing the storage room on the floor, the frequent slamming of doors can be quite disruptive and makes it difficult to continue sleeping. Reducing the noise from doors and housekeeping operations would significantly improve guest comfort.
