Location is great.
Bed sheets are stained. When I called the front desk the staff said he is alone and cannot bring me bedsheets. I went down to the front desk and the staff appeared very unhappy to serve me. Maybe Austrians always look grumpy and unhappy. Then when I asked them for airport details the first one had no clue about flights in and out of Vienna or the terminals. This is a hotel, surely they are trained. The checkout staff was great tho, what a true service staff in a hotel ought to be.

Hotel in posizione ottimale per raggiungere il centro, difatti ci siamo spostati solamente a piedi. Risulta, inoltre curato nei minimi dettagli ed il personale è molto attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ci hanno consentito anche di lasciare gratuitamente i bagagli in struttura per poter girare tranquillamente la città prima di poter effettuare il check in alle ore 15:00.
Ottima anche e soprattutto la pulizia della stanza.

Schönes Hotel in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Zentrum. Das Zimmer war schön gestaltet und perfekt sauber.
Sehr gute Lage unweit der Innenstadt direkt gegenüber Akademietheater und Wiener Konzerthaus. Theater Atmosphäre zieht sich auch im Hotel fort. Sehr stylisches Zimmer mit hoch wertiger Ausstattung und gute Betten. Sehr Ruhig und sehr leise Klimaanlage. Top
Tiefgaragen Einfahrt zum Hotel die beiden Türen links und rechts sind störend und nehmen viel Platz zum einfahren weg.
