A Perfect Stay in Every Way
Pros:

I had an absolutely fantastic stay and couldn't recommend this hotel more. The staff were some of the friendliest and most welcoming people I've met. They always went above and beyond to help, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They genuinely made me feel at home. The breakfast was excellent every morning, with plenty of choice and a great way to start the day before exploring the city. The location was also perfect, safe, convenient, and close to everything I needed, making it incredibly easy to get around!! I will 1000% be returning the next time I'm in Colombia

Pros:

Location was great! Evertything was good.
Rooms were spacious and clean. The only thing I would say eventho the room is clean you can see it needs a little renovation. Good vibe in and outside the hotel and the attention for the guest was very good.

Couple experience
Pros:

I had the Romantic Getaway experience, and it was amazing! We loved the sauna, and both the breakfast and dinner were excellent. I highly recommend this place for any couple looking for a relaxing staycation. We'll definitely be back!

Great staff and experience
Pros:

The staff at the Lancaster was great. They took really great care of us and made sure that all the guests at our event were happy. The food was terrific and the chef did a spectacular job with the meals and really made everyone feel special even our guest with very specialized diet restrictions. The room was comfortable and spacious. The bed was comfy and the huge living room had more than enough space for everyone. Highly recommend

Wedding Reception at Lancaster House
Pros:

Had a great time with close friends and family in one of Lancaster's elegant, clean and comfortable event rooms. Great vibe at the hotel and the food and service were equally outstanding. I highly recommend Lancaster House for special events.

Muy buena estadía
Pros:

Me hospedé en una suite y tuve una muy buena experiencia. Los espacios son amplios, la atención del personal fue excelente y la ubicación es muy conveniente. En general, es un hotel que recomiendo y al que volvería. El desayuno es excelente y está muy bien ubicado.

Cons:

Como sugerencia, considero que las camas de la habitación secundaria podrían ser más cómodas. Además, cuando necesité informar que me retrasaría en la entrega de la habitación, fue difícil comunicarme con el hotel. Mejorar ese canal de atención haría la experiencia aún mejor
