Avoid if you need Wifi or have allergies
Pros:

Allergic, hot in room with no A/C, no wifi connection. Wasted $150 fast.

Checked in at 1am after a 10 hour flight. Tipped the bell man.

Checked out at 130am due to allergic reaction and no wifi. Receptionist had no idea what to do with me. No refund. No follow up.

Das Personal hat uns noch sehr kurz vor 22 Uhr ein volles Menü gekocht und und sehr nett bedient!

Excelente ubicación para eventos en el norte de Bogotá
Pros:

El personal del hotel fue muy amable todo el tiempo, la ubicación del hotel es excelente, en frente a una estación de Transmilenio, además es una zona muy tranquila y con buena oferta de comercio en las cercanías.

Cons:

Dada su ubicación sobre la Autopista Norte, las habitaciones que dan hacia la calle no están lo suficientemente insonorizadas, por ende se siente el tráfico bastante a cualquier hora del día o la noche. Si usted tiene un sueño liviano o es sensible al ruido, es mejor pedir una habitación hacia la parte de atrás.

Not Ready for Remote Workers -- No Wifi Connectivity
Pros:

I paid about $120 for 2 nights. I arrived in Bogota and went immediately to the hotel and left within 30 minutes due to allergic reaction to the room or dirty fan, non-working wifi that didn't connect to my laptop and iPhone (I work remote), and generally a hot room. The front desk concierge had no idea to support the situation. I left the hotel at 2am and worked very hard to find another hotel that would let me in.
