La ubicación pero aún así no lo recomiendo existen hoteles mejores y con buena ubicación también. Lamentable servicio

Lamentable! Me dejaron esperando una hora y media para poder hacer el checking, porque no tenían habitaciones disponibles y mi mi habitación no estaba limpia . Así que ya empezamos mal. Luego el Wi-Fi no funcionaba nada bien entre otras cosas así que no lo recomiendo.

Cons:

Booking me cobró por adelantado y no hizo el pago al hotel. Por tal razón tuve que volver a pagar y no me devolvieron el pago que hice con anticipacion. O sea pague en 2 veces el alojamiento y ahora no hay quien responda. No sé si por acá me pueden dar información o como comunicarme para que me devuelvan mi dinero.

Hay sobrecostos absurdos y excesivos por todo, la calidad de los alimentos es regular, la variedad de los licores es muy mala. En general el hotel está muy mal tenido, los cuartos son malos, estan en malas condiciones y sin mantenimiento. Por ejemplo: varias de Las tomas de electricidad no funcionaban. En general es muy malo y muy caro.

Tuve inconvenientes porque me asignaron una habitación que ya estaba ocupada, ingresé y todas las cosas de los huéspedes estaba ahí, después me reasignaron una habitación que no cumplía con la características después la que yo había reservado, las sillas de la habitación feas y peladas, el chico de la recepción fatal, la gerente que estaba encargada no solucionó nada y cuando reporte a booking la novedad para la devolución del dinero porque me fui para otro hotel el chico de la recepción fue grosero y descortés con el chico que me atendió de booking, que estaba súper atento a solucionar todo. Es el día que desde el hotel no se han comunicado conmigo para nada, dejé la novedad en booking desde el mismo sábado y estoy atenta a la devolución del dinero que se pagó.
