Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel. Personal beim Check-In / Check-Out war freundlich, beim Frühstück bedeutend weniger.

Cons:

das Hotel ist absolut in die Jahre gekommen, leider. Beim Hineingehen im Zimmer war die Gardine schon nicht mehr in seine Befestigung, sieht echt unversorgt aus. Das Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht ab. Es war sehr dunkel im Zimmer, kein Sonnenlicht und düster. Die Garage war besetzt, wir konnten nicht reservieren, andere Gäste offensichtlich schon. Die öffentliche Parkgarage ist bedeutend teurer. Das Restaurant war schon ausgebucht. Später waren wir froh, denn in Metz bei der Kathedrale kann man sehr gemütlich essen.
Beim Frühstück waren keine Tassen, der Behälter für O-Saft hat nicht funktioniert, es waren keine kleine Behälter für die Marmelade, das Rührei war absolut nicht lecker und kalt. Fragte man nach für diese Unannehmlichkeiten: brachte man mir eine Tasse es wurde aber beim Kaffee nicht aufgefüllt, der Rest wurde im Laufe des Frühstücks gebracht, hat echt gedauert. Beim Saubermachen von den Frühstückstischen wurden alle Krümmel (und man weiß wie Baguette krümeln kann) einfach auf den Boden gefegt, schon früh, sieht natürlich für spätere Gäste sehr unversorgt aus.

Hotel delizioso a Metz
Pros:

Un hotel elegante, in posizione equidistante dal centro di Metz e dal Centre Pompidou. Colazione molto ricca e soddisfacente. Per chi lo desidera, il bar e il ristorante sono una buona opzione. Parcheggio con molti posti auto sul retro dell'hotel.

Cons:

Consigliamo di spiegare con maggiore chiarezza, al momento della prenotazione, come accedere al parcheggio, chiuso da un cancello.

Great, Great Hotel in a Beautiful City
Pros:

Great location and a beautifully upgraded hotel with easy parking. The staff were very, very nice. From the moment we were warmly welcomed by Elise and Deniz in reception we knew we were going to enjoy our stay.
The hotel is in a great location and in a quiet spot but amongst the nice streets of Metz and bars, restaurants and shops are a 2 minute walk away.

Cons:

We liked it all and have no complaints. On arrival you can pull up in the car outside the front of the hotel if you don't initially see the sign to the hotel car park which is down a driveway to the right of the hotel building. We didn't initially spot the faded green car park sign within a green hedge. A brighter coloured sign would be helpful. There is also a public underground car park in front of hotel if the guest car park is full. The area seemed safe.

Pros:

Gutes Frühstückssortiment, leider waren Rührei, Speck u Würstchen max. lauwarm, obwohl die Töpfe auf einer Herdplatte standen.

Cons:

Latenter, leichter Abflussgeruch lag in der Luft in der Lobby und im bestuhlten Bereich vorm Hotel.
