Confortable et coloré, un personnel très sympathique et au petit soin.
Pros:

L’accueil était super, une disponibilité sans faille. L’hôtel est très beau et soigneusement décoré. Super lit et chambre spacieuse et calme à souhait. Très belle salle de douche avec une très grande douche.

Cons:

J’avais fait le choix de cet hôtel pour mes amis et moi pour la clim. À cause de la période de canicule et nous étions venus pour un mariage. C’est l’unique chose qui n’a pas été parfaite. Elle avait du mal à fonctionner à mon goût…Mais bon en même temps la canicule durée depuis des jours, sûrement que les équipements fatigués un peut. Mais le reste de l’hôtel, réception, restaurants et bar était au top top.

Overall very pleasant
Pros:

Staff were excellent mainly reception man explained everything and was very polite and professional but very pleasant.

Cons:

Price of a beer and a water came 16euros I thought it was very expensive.

Goed etappe hotel met uitstekend ontbijt
Pros:

Heerlijk ontbijt. Grote keuze verzorgd opgediend. Ook diner goed.
Ligging uitstekend op weg naar Atlantische kust
Personeel vriendelijk maar niet helemaal eerlijk.
Ze wisten dat er problemen waren met het warm water maar "vergaten" dat te vertellen. Gevolg koude douche.

Cons:

Er is wel wat onderhoud nodig vooral van gemeenschappelijke delen ( gangen bijvoorbeeld ) en lift was niet gekuist.

Baisse de niveau chez NOVOTEL !
Pros:

Le confort, le petit déjeuner

Cons:

La propreté moyenne, tasse sale dans la chambre, gauffres rassies au buffet du petit déjeuner, des chariot de draps sales laissés dans les couloirs, la caution de 600€ pour 5 nuits (de quoi ont ils peur !) et enfin le prix du parking (7€ par jour pour etre garé au soleil)....

Des petits détails à améliorer mais beaucoup de confort.
Pros:

Arrivée tardive et départ matinal n'ayant pas permis de profiter du confort de l'hôtel excepté la chambre.

Cons:

Pas d'infusion, les sticks de café et lait pris en masse..
Le frigo qui ne faisait pas de froid avec une bouteille d'eau à l'intérieur... pour nous ??
Dommage !!!
Parking payant pour pas grand chose...

Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel
Tout le personnel a été très accueillant et très professionnel
La chambre propre, climatisée, fonctionnelle, bien insonorisée : on a très bien dormi !
Très belle salle d'accueil et bar
Super petit-déjeuner buffet avec beaucoup de choix
L'emplacement est vraiment idéal si vous êtes véhicules pour visiter Angers (le centre ville est à 5min en voiture) et ses alentours
Parking sécurisé à 7€/nuit
