Pros:

1 parking payant : mise devant le fait accompli une fois garé.
2. Climatisation chambre coupée a 9h !
3. Annonce étonnée du lobby : check out a 14h et 16h sur prévenance alors que c'est midi
4. Petit dejeuner fermé a 10h40 alors que l'horaire officiel est 11h. Il ma fallut "negocier" pour pouvoir petit-déjeuner a 10h45
5 salle de petit dejeuner : climatisation en panne => forte chaleur
6. Ouverture porte désactivée au retour du petit déjeuner a 11h15 => retour au lobby
7..demande au.lobby de remettre la clim dans la chambre : pas fait malgré les fortes chaleurs
8. Douche : en sortant de la douche je constate qu'il n'y a pas de serviette. Nu et mouillé il ma fallut rechercher dans les placards pour trouver la serviette de secours.

Voilà ! Alors aller dans un Novotel pour avoir un moins bon service que dans un hôtel moyen de gamme pour être servi comme cela, c'est surprenant et incohérent avec le prix et le positionnement de la marque.

Bon séjour, bel hôtel bon rapport qualité prix mais plutôt destiné à une clientèle de bureau que pour des touristes.

Très bel hôtel, propreté, qualité de la literie, équipements, tout avait l air neuf. Le calme. L accessibilité

Cons:

Trop éloigné du centre d Angers . Voice entre le centre commercial et l autoroute. Oreillers un peu dur. Pas vraiment d accueil par le personnel du petit déjeuner
