Nie oceniam pokoju. Tylko obsługę hotelu. Bo oprócz pomieszczenia istotna jest jakość obsługi. A tu jest dużo zastrzeżeń. Po długim locie prosiłem recepcję o 1 godzinę wcześniejszego zameldowania. Chciałem nawet za to dopłacić. Napisałem jedną wiadomość którą totalnie olali. Potem napisałem drugą, na którą po kilku godzinach ktoś odpisał, że w sumie to mogę przyjechać wcześniej, nawet od 12 a dodatkowa opłata jest niepotrzebna. Gdy pojechałem to jednak okazało się że nie. Dali mu pokój tylko 10 min szybciej. Siedziałem jak idiota w hall i czekałem nie wiadomo na co. A najgorsze jest to że w tym czasie przychodzili inni goście i dostawali pokój szybciej. Hotel nie był w pełni obłożony. Czysta złośliwość.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. El desayuno estuvo muy rico y la habitación era grande, la cama muy cómoda y con una linda vista panorámica de la ciudad.
El personal muy amable. Hacemos un reconocimiento especial a Yasmany en la recepción, quien fue muy amable, considerado y atento con nosotras, especialmente con mi madre.
No tengo nada negativo que decir del hotel.
A reggeli bőséges volt, a szobák tágasak és tiszták, az ágyak kényelmesek. A recepción nagy várórész van, ahol az asztaloknál lehetett a telefonokat tölteni. A szálloda jó helyen van, a nevezetességek gyorsan megközelíthetőek, akár gyalog is. A recepciónál ahogy belépsz a szállodába nagyon kellemes illat fogad.
A reggelinél az étkezőben nagyon hideg van. Az egyik útitársunk beteg lett és a kifizetett reggelijét szerettük volna egy tányéron felvinni neki a szobába, de azt nem engedték.
