Good service when you ask for it
Pros:

There was a mixup between Booking and the hotel which was quickly resolved by the staff once I complained. Unfortunately there was construction going on above the hotel and I had to ask to change rooms. Honestly, I wondered why I even had to ask and why I wasn't immediately assigned a quiet room.
In summary : you need to ask if you want good service which you eventually get. But I think it would be nice not to have to ask especially after a long flight.
Again, the first person I dealt with was not helpful which is too bad because it was my first impression. 1 breakfast was offered by the house to compensate.

Gran hotel, excelente desayuno, gran habitación con excelente ducha. Excelente predisposición del personal.
Pros:

El desayuno es excelente, variado, múltiples opciones exquisitas
El lugar es comodo, la posibilidad de elegir un buen cafe sin molestar o esperar suma.
La habitación es amplia , comoda , luminosa . Un muy buen lugar,para volver

Nada, no llegué ni alojarme y no quisieron devolverme el dinero.

Cons:

Reservé porque me encontraba mal esa noche y necesitaba descansar, pero resultó que no podía entrar hasta el día siguiente, no quisieron ayudarme ni con devolución de dinero ni con cambio de día, ni con absolutamente ninguna opción.

Cons:

I arrived at the hotel at 4:15 PM, and my room was not yet available. After an one hour walk, I returned to the hotel (at 5:25 PM), and my room was still not ready. I had to wait another 15 minutes until a suitable room was finally found. The same happened to another guest next to me, who complained very angrily in the lobby.
