Cons:

Que la dutxa no tiràs aigua per fora, haguerem de posar tavalloles per terra.
No hi havia cap complement, ni pinta, ni raspall de cabells ni de dents.
Per ser un 4 estrelles podrien gastar un poc més.
Vaig demanar tenir l'habitació una hora abans i no ens feren ni cas.

מלון נהדר. עבר שיפוץ כך שהמלון כחדש. חדרים מרווחים ונעימים. לקחנו שני חדרים באוגוסט למשך 4 לילות כולל ארוחת בוקר טובה יחסית.

המלון במרחק מה מהגראנד וייה. יש תחנת מטרו ממש ביצירה מהמלון כך שהמלון נגיש.

We had an excellent stay at the Madrid Marriott. The rooms were spacious, modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options to suit different tastes. The hotel's location was another highlight—it's within comfortable walking distance of the city centre, making it easy to explore Madrid's main attractions, restaurants, and shops. Overall, it's an excellent choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great start to the day.

Cons:

One area that could be improved was the communication with the hotel staff over the phone. On a few occasions, the staff were unable to understand English well enough to assist with simple requests. As Marriott is an international hotel brand, I expected a higher level of English communication. This led to unnecessary delays—for example, when basic toiletries had run out in the room, it was difficult to arrange a replacement over the phone, and I eventually had to collect them from reception myself. Improving English-language support for guest services would make the overall experience much smoother for international visitors.
