there are things to improve. breakfast was wonderful
Pros:

breakfast was wonderful. light in the room, spacious room, terrace with view to the sea.

Cons:

toilet water running all time. safe box was open and locked, so couldn't be used. I asked to send staff to fix it 4 times during 2 days!!! They never came to fix it. servide at reception was soooo slow!!!

Pros:

Loved the pool and the proximity to the beach. The negative was the lack of restaurants and stores in the neighborhood. The hotel itself without a store really misses a gap here.

I loved the room and the balcony view we had was incredible.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful everywhere.

Cons:

Lack of a hotel store that sold food or groceries. Without an option nearby this would be a big win.

The food options were lackluster. The breakfast buffet was incredible and I wish there was a breakfast option in the restaurant itself too when folks miss the breakfast.

Un buon soggiorno. Qualcosa da migliorare essendo un 4 stelle e il costp abbastanza caro.
Pros:

Albergo di livello buono, il punto forte direi che è la colazione, molto ricca e completa di tutto. Uova, frittate e pancakes fatti al momento, e frutta fresca tagliata.

Cons:

Un po’ caro. Le camere melia al piano terra affacciano su una distesa di pietre, non è granché. Nella mia camera si sentiva puzza di fogna e da fuori proveniva un rumore assordante e continuo di qualche motore (anche di notte) che non consentiva di tenere il balcome aperto. Ho fatto presente la situazione in reception dopo un paio di giorni e per fortunata mi hanno cambiato la camera, al quarto piano, decisamente piu’ tranquilla e anche un po’ panoramica. La posizione non vicinissima dal centro , ma un po’ decentrata. Lenzuola del letto pulite ma la pulizia della stanza è da migliorare un po’ tutta.

Gran ubicación. Desayuno bueno y variado. Cama cômoda com buen colchon.
Wi-Fi muy bueno.
Piscina muy bien mantenida.

Cons:

Las almohadas de mala calidad.
Mala organizacion en la piscina. Nunca había nadie para cambio o retiro de tohallas y el joven que estaba para cuidar era poço gentil.

Large hotel with spacious rooms and good facilities.
Pros:

We had a superior double room with sea view, the room was spacious with a good bathroom, facilities and comfortable beds. The hotel in general is very large with a nice pool, gym and restaurant.

Cons:

We booked a double room but had two single beds, which we couldn’t change. If you want to go to the town back and forth then it is a good 1km walk so going back and forth in a day is a bit long, is perfect for the marina and Balmins beach.

Pros:

Location - close to the beach. Walking distance from town.
Great gym!
Breakfast awesome!
Pool area vast & well maintained.
Close to the Sitges tennis club with great clay courts….

Cons:

Had an unfortunate incident with a staff member when we needed plasters/bandages urgently. Rest of staff including cleaning staff friendly & helpful.
