Het was wel een heel klein kamertje, maar ok… het ging ook enkel en alleen om een slaapplek

De kamer is echt te duur voor de grote.
The staff was quite friendly
Cleanliness of the room: there was black mold next to the window, the lounge chair in the room had some old, dried dirt which was rather disgusting to feel against your leg.
They charge an early check in fee.. on booking you have the option to state your preferred arrival time. I stated 11.00 which is before the official check in time at 14.00. I received an automated message that check-in is subject to availability (which is fine ofc). When we arrived we were informed that there is an early check-in fee of 25€. First of all, this could have been mentioned in the automated response I received concerning availability. Second of all, what kind of 4 start hotel charges a fee for this?

Prima kamer
Maar 1 handdoekenset voor 1 persoon. We waren met zijn tweetjes. Ontbijt: roerei was koud en er stonden open afvalbakken op tafel.
Fijne locatie, ik moest in Martiniplaza zijn.
Gehorig en de douche werkte niet goed. In eerste instantie kreeg ik ook een kamer die niet fris rook. Midden in de nacht geluidsoverlast van andere gasten.
