Super lækkert ophold med skønt spa og værelse, og fantastisk beliggenhed og en god portion service
Pros:

Meget imødekommende personale fantastisk betjening og så prøver de virkelig at overraske positivt i stort set alle sammenhæng. Vi havde hun med og det blev taget super godt imod. Vi kommer klart igen.

В целом хороший отель.
Pros:

Номера довольно маленькие, но вполне уютные и комфортные. Чудесный ресторан Мишлен в отеле.

Cons:

Персонал в лобби невероятно медлительный и невнимательный, несколько человек еле шевелятся и не справляются с элементарными задачами сделать кофе и сразу принести счет. Такое было все 4 дня, что мы там жили. Это можно было бы улучшить.

The staff was exceptional in friendliness and service.

Cons:

The lock to the door to the balcony did not work.
We were it used to the toilet and sink being separate.

I loved L'Esquisse hotel and realllllly enjoyed the Colmar area!
Pros:

Loved this hotel...in the perfect spot. Close to everything! Loved the Colmar area. We had a balcony and enjoyed sitting overlooking the park. The room was great...the staff was wonderful and very much accommodating. Loved every minute I spent there.

Cons:

It's because I'm an American, but, the toilet was NOT in the bathroom and if you wanted to wash your hands you had to walk to the other end of the room, but, that's France...was like that in all hotels we stayed in. I'd stay here for certain if I came back to Colmar...it was really terrific!

كانت إقامتي في هذا الفندق تجربة استثنائية بكل المقاييس. يتميز الفندق بموقع ممتاز قريب من أهم معالم مدينة كولمار، مما جعل التنقل واستكشاف المدينة في غاية السهولة.
أود أن أتقدم بخالص الشكر والتقدير لموظفة الاستقبال التي أنجزت إجراءات تسجيل الدخول، فقد كانت في قمة المهنية والاحترافية واللطف، واستقبلتنا بابتسامة وترحيب تركا انطباعًا رائعًا منذ اللحظة الأولى.
كما أشكر الشاب الذي تولى حمل الحقائب وإيقاف السيارة، فقد كان مثالًا للأدب والاحترام وسرعة الاستجابة، وقدم خدمة راقية بكل اهتمام.
وعند تسجيل المغادرة، كانت موظفة الاستقبال في اليوم التالي على المستوى نفسه من الاحترافية وحسن التعامل، كما أشكر الشاب الذي قام بحمل الحقائب وإحضار السيارة بسرعة وكفاءة.
ولا يفوتني أن أتقدم بالشكر لموظفي المطعم خلال وجبة الإفطار، فقد كانوا في قمة المهنية والتعاون وحسن الضيافة، وكانوا حريصين على تلبية جميع الطلبات بابتسامة وتعامل راقٍ، مما جعل بداية اليوم أكثر متعة.
أشكر جميع العاملين في الفندق، من أول موظف استقبلنا وحتى الإدارة، على حسن الضيافة والاهتمام بأدق التفاصيل. كانت تجربة مميزة بكل معنى الكلمة، وسأوصي بهذا الفندق لكل من يزور كولمار، وبكل تأكيد سأكرر الإقامة فيه في المستقبل.
