Pros:

Emplacement, room service efficace et délicieux, la jeune apprentie qui m'a accueilli était agréable et aimable idem pour le reste du personnel. Gel douche et savon pour les mains Nuxe, présence d'une bouilloire ce qui est très pratique !

Cons:

Première chambre au 3eme étage (avant changement pour le 6eme) avec moisissures dans cabine de douche et traces blanches non identifiées sur les rideaux, poussière en hauteur et pas de penderie pour les chemises. On m'a changé de chambre. Cabine refaite à neuf, chambre propre, penderie. Parking souterrain hyper étroit, attention si longues voitures. Bruit jusqu'à 23h45 le premier soir à cause du restaurant juste en dessous où il y avait un groupe en terrasse. Confort équivalent à un 2* supérieur ou 3 étoiles (pour chambre rénovée). En prenant une chambre dans un tel hôtel, je m'attendais au standing habituel que je retrouve dans les 4* : les traces de moisissures= navrée mais red flag pour moi. Bien cordialement

Very comfortable rooms but not much else to justify their 4* rating.
Pros:

Room was very well designed & nicely decorated. The bed was particularly comfortable. Parking was Ok but not enough battery charge spaces. Food we had was OK although not special

Cons:

Staff were generally 'grumpy' & not particularly helpful. There is clearly a problem using Booking.com, as they refuse to accept Accor membership deals if you use Booking.com to book!

Pros:

Pros:

Bed and pillows were not very comfortable too hard for me that’s the only issue I had

Clean large room lovely separate shower room had a long drive so had room service would definitely stay again even though the bed and pipes were hard
