Décevant malgré des atouts.
Pros:

Le personnel très agréable et serviable.
L’emplacement top pour accéder à la vieille ville

Cons:

La première chambre de notre séjour n’était même pas digne d’un deux étoiles : odeur désagréable, déco d’un autre temps et des travaux à 7:30 du matin !
Une compensation nous a été promis mais n’a jamais été honorée !!

Prima verblijf voor 2 nachtjes.
Pros:

Goede ligging, mooie kamer, heel vriendelijk personeel. Mooie gym, niet groot maar netjes verzorgd. Goed verzorgd ontbijt. Goede parkeermogelijkheden.

Cons:

Airco werkte niet naar behoren en kamer 432 erg gehorig. Je kon de bovenburen horen praten en lopen over de houten vloer. Ook de airco in de gym òf was er niet òf werkte niet goed.

Unexpectedly lower service compared to the usual EXCEPTIONAL standard this establishment offers
Cons:

Whilst I always consider the hotel THE best value for money hotel in Geneva by far; in terms of exceptional staff, usually great rooms and impeccable location, I must say this time around the room was barely acceptable. Ground noise at night, forgotten coffee cups (which I could understand as a forgetful accident), problems with the shower... I still fully recommend the hotel and I'm sure this was just a weird string of unfortunate events.

La salle de bain exigüe, les WC accolés à la vasque., la baignoire/douche peu pratique (trop petite).
