A gorgeous rooftop pool and bar in the city of Nice!
Pros:

The hotel is in such a lovely location, within walking distance of everything.
The pool and rooftop bar is gorgeous too.

Cons:

Many of the rooms have been updated, unfortunately ours hadn’t and didn’t live up to the photos online.
Also we often waited a long time in reception to speak to staff.

Excellent hotel staff are superb has everything you need to relax and have absolutely no stress
Pros:

Location is great , facilities are perfect no stress gym , pool , bar , towels water machine on every floor lifts were fast . Staff are amazing

Cons:

No balcony but not a problem with the rooftop pool and bar it was excellent

alla reception parlano solo inglese e francese, difficile comunicare in italiano o spagnolo. La colazione era buona ma andrebbe un po suddivisa per creare meno caos

Magnifique!
Pros:

Nous avions une chambre privilège ( rénovée et avec petite terrasse vue sur la ville et l’église). L’hôtel est à 7 minutes à pieds de la gare de train et au coin de jean- médecin. On peut donc marcher facilement jusqu’à la plage/ chemin des anglais ( environ 20 minutes). Le fait d’être tout prêt de la gare est très bien si on souhaite se déplacer en train pour visiter la côte, super facile pour la plupart; villefranche a 5 minutes, Monaco, Cannes, Menton, Antibes, etc. Calme pour dormir.

4night stay
Pros:

4 night stay. Hotel is a well used city centre hotel. Ideal location for exploring Nice as all attractions within in a 15min walk.

Rooms are adequate with all you need, plenty storage in the wardrobes for clothes. The beds are hard but we still managed to sleep every night.

We were room only so I'm unable to comment on the breakfast.

Staff are friendly and we're able to answer questions when needed.

It’s in a good location
Pros:

We booked because of the rooftop pool - but we never swam in it. Checked it out on our first day and never saw it again. We went to the beach instead. Beach is amazing

Hotel is a 15 min walk to the beach, less than 10 mins to the train station and about 20 mins to Old Town. We walked everywhere - didn’t use the tram at all

Breakfast was very good - lots of choice.

Room was very large with a verandah that overlooked the street/church. Room had everything you need.

Hotel is a bit dated and old. Hallways are showing their age - chipped paint everywhere. The door to our room was the same - needed repainting. The bathroom is a horrible brown that was fashionable 500 years ago apparently. Lifts are old and daggy. Pool area also looked like it needed a revamp - looking a bit old and tired.

We were annoyed that check in is at 3 pm - but we had to wait till 3.45 pm because our room wasn’t ready.

Probably won’t stay here again simply because we wouldn’t make use of the pool and we’d stay a bit closer to the beach.

Os funcionários da portaria chegam a ser desagradáveis, não fazem o mínimo esforço de entender o hóspede e dar informações. Essa avaliação não se aplica aos funcionários que atuam no café da manhã, principalmente a Gabriela, brasileira muito prestativa e simpática.

Cons:

Funcionários que atendem na Portaria mal educados e grosseiros. Camas velhas e desconfortáveis, travesseiros idem. Banheiro vazando água.

It was enjoyable stay and I’d be happy to return
Pros:

The room was good size a little tired and could benefit from a second chair . The location is so central to everywhere, and all transport.i enjoyed the breakfast and selection , especially the selection of breads.

Cons:

Would also have liked a second chair in bedroom.

Agréable séjour et très bon accueil du personnel
Pros:

Emplacement à proximité du centre pour la découverte des différents points

Cons:

L’équipement de la chambre ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles : la salle de bains vieillotte et elle aurait besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement, vasque trop petite et manque de verres plutôt que des gobelets en carton

Pros:

Perfect position. 5’ from station. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Clean.

Cons:

Long waiting at reception, and 1h waiting for check-in. Room was available 1h after check-in time. Staff offered a drink and free breakfast the day after, which is very kind but it is still a long waiting
