La vue était très très belle
Le monsieur qui nous a accueilli était extrêmement désagréable et ne nous a donné absolument aucune explication de quoi que se soit. Arrivés dans notre chambre le lit n’était pas fait et sale, nous sommes retournés à la réception pour avoir une autre chambre, il nous l’a donné mais très agacé, sans aucune excuse pour le désagrément et en répondant de manière sarcastique. Dans la nouvelle chambre la propreté laissait également à désirer, il n’y avait même pas de sacs poubelles pour jeter les déchets, il y avait plusieurs traces sur le sol.
The location is fantastic, as it is right next to the main train station (Gare de Lyon Part-Dieu), directly adjacent to the Westfield shopping mall, and right next to a tram stop that takes you directly into the old town and city center. The staff at reception were friendly and polite. Additionally, the hotel has a nice bar with a fantastic view on the 32nd floor.
When I checked in, I was given a room with two single beds instead of the double bed I had booked. When I asked to change, reception was polite, but I was warned that moving to the 38th floor would be extremely hot—a tone I didn't particularly appreciate.
The room on the 38th floor was indeed uncomfortably hot despite the air conditioning running, to the point that a supplementary fan was provided in the room. The lamps also generated extra heat, so I had to turn them off. Furthermore, we had to keep the fabric window shutters closed constantly to block out the sun, leaving the room with no natural light.
Other room issues included an old iron that was very slow to work, a sink that periodically filled up while in use, and an unhygienic lack of bin bags in the toilet bin.
I would stay there again but in less hot weather...
Dessus ne pas pu être hébergé car ma réservation bien effectuée sur booking avec mail de confirmation, arrivée à l'hôtel on m'a fait comprendre que ma réservation avait été annulée sans que je ne sois prévenu. Très Dessus 🤦♀️ mais satisfaite du personnel à l'accueil très compréhensif.
Die Garage ist etwas umständlich zu erreichen.

Il n’y avait pas de produits dans la douche, à notre grande surprise l’eau est payante en chambre si vous n’êtes pas membre et surtout le parking payant ! Alors que nous avons payé une nuit, c’est tout de même très étonnant
La. clim etait.en panne et c est en arrivant qu on nous l a annoncé !
Comment peut on proposer des chambres en periode canniculaire sans clim ??

Le personnel du bar et la réception. Je suis consciente que ce que nous payons n est pas proportionnel à leur salaire mais je m attendais à pouvoir choisir ma table au bar et des sourrires et non des conversations d employés désabusés
