Rare logistiek : een parkeergarage die niet via een lift naar de receptie gaat. Ingang begane grond en receptie op de ( naar ik meen ) 27ste verdieping.

Cons:

Chambre avec climatisation réservée un jour de canicule. Le personnel d'accueil nous annonce magnanime que nous allons être surclassés en nous donnant une chambre chaude comme un four, sans climatisation...lorsque je lui demande la chambre initiale la réponse est qu'il n'en a pas d'autre et qu'il y a un ventilateur dans le placard!!!

The worst hotel experience, Ive ever had, left after just one night.
Pros:

Its next to the shopping center and train station.

Cons:

Air conditioning was not working in the entire hotel, and much less in our room, during the hottest recorded temperatures, in France’s history. We checked out after just one night, and went to a different hotel. From the start, they knew the AC wasn’t working in the entire hotel, and said nothing. They just provided a cheap table top fan, to combat the terrible heat that was felt in the room. To make matters worse, once we checked out after just one night, the elevators went out of service, we had to take the service elevators, and escape through parking lot. The worst hotel experience Ive ever had.

L’emplacement idéal. Propre. Moderne. Vue incroyable sur Lyon depuis le 37e étage !!!

Cons:

Le parking microscopique. Cauchemar pour manœuvrer. Un parcours compliqué même à pied pour retrouver la réception!

Von einem Radisson habe ich etwas anderes erwartet.
Pros:

Die grandiose Aussicht auf die Stadt.
Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat gut funktioniert.
Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Frisches Obst, Hafermilch.
Zimmer war sauber.

Cons:

Es war sehr hellhörig. Ich habe immer wieder zuschlagende Zimmertüren und laute Geräusche aus allen Richtungen gehört.
Die Fahrstühle waren ausgefallen und das im 32. Stockwerk. Kommt häufiger vor, hieß es.
Alternativ konnte man die engen Personalaufzüge nutzen.
Das Restaurant war sehr kalt und hat nur eine sehr kleine Auswahl an Gerichten. Mein Salat knirschte vor Sand und es gab keinen Ersatz dafür.
Cola kostet 8€!

Very nice room with air con. Amazing views over Lyon and next to the main train station. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Chain hotel with a tiny gym with broken blinds and no obvious air con (it was an oven after 10AM), mainly very young staff, and they forgot to clean our room during our 2-night stay. The main restaurant was closed (forever?), which is quite surprising, as its location overlooking Lyon should be a magnet for tourists and locals alike. They seem to have financial restrictions, and I would not be surprised if another chain took over within the year.

Lo único que vale la pena es la vista

La vista es lo único que vale la pena del hotel

Cons:

El personal de recepción es muy antipático y no hablan inglés.
La habitación es pequeña y super ruidosa, el aire accondicionado y el extractor del baño hacen un ruido que no permite dormir. En el bar nos cobraron 8 euros por una botella de cocacola de 330ml
