Le manque fe politesse, le peu de renseignement des ôtes d'accueil, qui stressent dès lors qu'ils soient un peu débordés Et en plus j'attends toujours ma facture que j'ai réclamée que je n'ai jamais reçu pour l'instant. communication à revoir en profondeur!!!
Good value for a one-night stay. The location is very convenient — perfect for travelers who need the train station within walking distance, as it’s just steps away. All the main sights are about 15 minutes on foot, which was no problem at all, and the view from the room was lovely. Would recommend for a short stopover.
the room was hot — outside temperatures in May were around 29–30°C, and the air conditioning could not be adjusted 🤷♂️. Also, since we stayed two nights, we had to remind the staff to clean the room.
The hotel is beautiful, absolutely spotless, and the rooms are superb. 🌟 However, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff.

All the ladies there were extremely sweet, welcoming, and polite . ❤️ We also highly appreciated the excellent service from the gentleman with the beard and the young man with glasses, who were both so attentive. 🙏🏻

Das Zimmer war für den Preis sehr klein. Momentan gibt es Baurbeiten am Eingang, so dass dieser auf den ersten Blick nicht ganz ersichtlich war.
Emplacement parfait
L’entrée en chantier, la climatisation qui ne peut pas être réglée (elle était à fond), le parking, les odeurs d’égouts à plusieurs reprises dans les couloirs
Stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect, with amazing views from the hotel. It is also very close to the shopping mall and public transportation, which made everything very convenient. If I come back to Lyon again, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
The only things we did not like were that the room was a little cold, although the hotel provided an oil heater which helped. Also, the refrigerator was not cooling properly.
Outstanding views from the rooms and the restaurant. Well placed for the train station Lyon Part Dieu, if you’re looking to stay overnight, breaking your journey while travelling up through France (as I was). You can see the distinctive tower of the hotel as you exit the station - how to walk there is not immediately obvious, but just cut through the Westfield shopping centre. Exceptionally good breakfast buffet - so much to choose from and to enjoy whilst taking in those gorgeous views. Very comfortable stay.
