Perfect overnight between train trips
Pros:

Close to train station and could walk to markets and river. Comfortable beds amazing views from window. Great bar and restaurant with views.

The stuff - so helpful and attentive, all necessary amenities in the room, comfy bed, the view, the room is spacious, the location is very good just a 5 min walk from the train station and the tram to the city destinations. the nearby mall has big carrefour where you can buy pretty much everything, the french market is also near where you can enjoy oysters and other local staff

Ich hatte das große Vergnügen, einige Tage als Alleinreisender in diesem wunderbaren Hotel zu verbringen, und ich bin einfach nur restlos begeistert!

​Schon beim Check-in wurde ich so herzlich und aufmerksam empfangen, dass ich mich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt habe. Als Alleinreisender schätzt man es besonders, wenn man sich rundum sicher, willkommen und bestens aufgehoben fühlt – und genau das war hier zu 100 % der Fall.

​Das Zimmer war ein absoluter Rückzugsort: blitzblank, modern, unglaublich gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Bett war ein Traum für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Auch das Frühstück hat jeden Morgen perfekt gestartet – eine riesige, frische Auswahl und ein exzellenter Service.

​Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das gesamte Personal: Immer ein freundliches Lächeln auf den Lippen, extrem hilfsbereit und nie aufdringlich. Ich habe die Zeit für mich in vollen Zügen genossen und konnte hier perfekt abschalten.

​Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diese unvergessliche Auszeit. Dieses Hotel ist ein echter Geheimtipp – nicht nur, aber besonders für alle, die alleine reisen! Absolute Fünf Sterne!

9月のリヨンはまだ夏でホテル全体が太陽光線にさらされて部屋はサウナの様だった、しかも、エアコンの効きが悪い、クローゼットの中の扇風機を使用しましたが、温度は下がりませんでした。　更に　部屋の冷蔵庫が壊れていてフロントに修理か交換をお願いしたが結局、二日間の滞在中、壊れた冷蔵庫はそのままで、冷たい飲み物がのめなかった。ジュニアスイートなのにひどいと思った。

Une vue magnifique, rapport qualité prix bonne

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la vue, le lit très confortable, la tranquillité pendant la nuit,l'accenseur qui monte très vite,pas le temps d'avoir peur. L'emplacement est aussi idéal, juste à côté d'un grand centre commercial ouvert le dimanche

J’étais un peu déçu par la propreté, mais c’est peut-être aussi parce que je travaille dans ce domaine et que j’ai remarqué des choses qui seraient probablement passées inaperçues pour d’autres personnes.

Il faisait très froid la nuit et je ne sais pas si c’est lié à une aération insuffisante ou à la différence de température, mais le matin, malgré nos tentatives pour nettoyer les fenêtres, la condensation revenait systématiquement. Résultat : impossible de profiter de la vue depuis la fenêtre le lendemain 😅.

Enfin, le dernier point concerne le parking. Il est payant, ce qui n’est pas un problème en soi, mais le manque de places est assez gênant. À notre arrivée, nous avons récupéré un ticket à la réception et le parking a été ajouté à notre chambre, au tarif de 30 € par jour. Le problème, c’est que lorsque nous sommes revenus plus tard dans la soirée, nous n’avons trouvé aucune place disponible et avons dû nous garer dans le parking d’un centre commercial voisin. Malgré cela, nous avons tout de même été facturés 30 € pour environ une heure de stationnement à notre arrivée, alors que nous n’avons pas pu utiliser le parking de l’hôtel par la suite.

Dans l’ensemble, ce sont des points qui mériteraient d’être améliorés afin de rendre le séjour plus agréable.

Hôtel confortable situé à un emplacement central pour les visites
Pros:

Emplacement central prés de la gare et métro et d'un grand centre commercial avec plusieurs restaurants. Architecture originale de l'hôtel avec une belle vue sur une partie de la ville. Chambre confortable.
