Pros:

The pool area was the only nice thing

Cons:

The rooms are like dorm rooms.. the amenities were not clean. Glasses in the mini bar dirty. Kettle fully scaled.. it was a run down hotel not worth the money at all!

Location was good

Cons:

Unfortunately, the service was average at best and did not meet our expectations. The staff by the pool often seemed uninterested, and we had a similar experience at breakfast. Water glasses were frequently left empty because the staff did not come around to refill them.

We stayed for four nights before moving, as planned, to another hotel, where the difference in service was very noticeable and much better.

There was also construction work directly below our balcony, with noise starting early in the morning and carrying into the room. This made it unpleasant to spend time on the balcony.

On our last day, the entire hotel was without water. While this can of course happen, we were disappointed that the hotel did not communicate the issue to guests and we had to ask about it ourselves.

At check-out, no one asked how our stay had been. We were simply told that all payments had been settled.

Overall, the service and guest experience fell short of what we expected from this hotel.

A fabulous fun relaxing stay.
Pros:

It had such a lovely vibe . The team that work there are all so wonderful . The spa is amazing and the treatments are fantastic. It’s also within walking distance of other restaurants but it’s hard to beat the food at the hotel.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like.

L’emplacement, la nourriture, le personnel, le lit et chambre. Très joli hôtel, décorations

Cons:

Pas des nouvel serviettes donner le nuit, Le personnel n'est pas venu une seule fois voir si tout allait bien après nous avoir servi le dîner au restaurant
