Location.
No breakfast at hotel, paper thin walls if you understand what i mean, no reply to emails sent asking about airport transfer. Not sure its trying to be a budget hotel, but thats what it is. Not great, did the job, but would not stay again

Not clean
My room was not ready when I was finally given my key. No one ever answered the front desk when called. Receptionist was flat and not friendly except when talking to the attractive men that were asking questions. ( I spent time in the lobby watching . The one bright spot was the wonderful service your airport shuttle driver "Sam" provided. Sam went above and beyond giving instructions of how to get around to other two addresses I needed to navigate while on my stay. I really appreciated his patience and insightfulness. Shuttle driver Sam was the BEST part of the entire stay!
No one offered the procedure to get the one cup of coffee that was complimentary the next morning. I didn't like that the movie/television segment that was being filmed shut down entrances and elevators without advance notice. I didn't appreciate that there were no at least paper cups in the room....How was I to get water in the iron? These little things mean allot when no one answers the front desk. I also asked for a late checkout from the time I made the reservation until the morning of departure. I was told it was based on availability...in the end I was granted an ONE hour extension.
