Hotel muy bien i parking fatal

El trato i la simpatía de Esther en recepción a la llegada con sus explicaciones de información sobre León y lugares para ir a restaurantes.

Cons:

El parking del hotel FATAL, muy estrecho para los coches actuales, mejor no poner que el hotel dispone de parking. No recomiedo a futuros huespedes optar a plaza parking.

Muy buena estancia.
Pros:

La ubicación es buenísima, en el centro de todo, el personal muy amable, nos explicó sitios que visitar y para comer, muy pendientes de todo, sobre todo la chica de las tardes que nos hizo el check in, encantadora. El colchón comodísimo, algo que valoro especialmente y dos almohadas , también muy cómodas. Ha sido una gran estancia.

Cons:

Solo el aseo, al estar separado el wáter de bañera y lavabo se queda excesivamente pequeño e incómodo, sobre todo para mí marido que más bien alto y encima le dió vértigo cuando salía al pasillo, que por otro lado es espectacular.

Buen entorno y vistas, pero cosas básicas a mejorar.

Cons:

El lavabo y el WC estaban en dos estancias distintas con lo que para lavarte las manos después de hacer uso del WC tenías que ir a otro sitio. La puerta del lavabo estaba a la altura de las almohadas con lo que levantarte de noche era sinónimo de despertar. Por otra parte, en la estancia donde estaban WC y bidé había unos 10 cm de separación entre ambos con lo que podrías lavarte los pies mientras que usas el WC. Otra cosa que me chocó es que el patio interior al que dan las puertas de las habitaciones es muy bonito con columnas pero hay zonas por las que una silla de ruedas no pasaría.
