Pros:

-Two lifts that worked

-Generally quiet (seemingly not a partying hotel)

-Clean room / comfy bed / modern functioning bathroom

- Reception happy to provide / arrange extra tea, coffee, sugar milk etc. for the room without charge

-Generally helpful staff

Cons:

-Breakfast / meals / drinks within the hotel a little over priced

-Sometimes long queues at the main desk during check in / check out times, with sometimes only one staff member at the desk (not the staffs' fault)

Great hotel with a cool location
Pros:

We didn’t have breakfast there, but we love the location of the hotel.
We love the cookies that were given to us when we arrived and water bottles. The fitness room was great and the pool was also awesome. The bed was very comfortable and overall, my wife and I had a great time there.

Cons:

A hot tub would’ve been nice
