Everything was comfortable, clean and the staff were great!
We stayed on the 14th floor and my water never got warm enough to shower. It felt like I took an ice bath! I didn't like someone knocking on my door at 10:15 telling me I needed to leave and checkout so they could clean my room. Checkout is at 11 so they should have been patient and gave me time to get out of there. The sausage at breakfast was also gross. Not a fan of chicken sausage at all! The rest was great!

I like the room size and the amenities within the hotel such as the included breakfast.
The staff was fairly unprofessional at times. I was ignored at the front desk for about 10-15 minutes with a line behind me, then there were secret incidental fees. Not to mention they were unstaffed and it showed. There was only one person stocking breakfast, which led to them always being agitated that the people staying there were “eating all the food”, as if we didn’t pay for it. The location is also not the best place in town. A nightclub down the street, construction on the other side, and many people who partake in extracurricular activities resulting in homelessness. Elevators were also exceptionally scary. One wouldn’t leave the first floor sometimes and the other? The door wouldn’t open all the way.
The room was actually good and the couch bed was actually really comfortable.
The lack of staffing at the front desk was disappointing. Everything was clean but I believe there was a stain on the bed sheets left behind when we first arrived it was strange. Tv would occasionally turn off on its on when it was in use and just turn back on whenever it would want to so that was a bit tedious.
The staff were very helpful and nice. The location was so convenient to explore the downtown area.
I didn’t like the fact that I had to not only pay for the room, parking, and a deposit which was too much.

In downtown and close to a lot of things
Not stroller friendly, you will get stuck in the elevator I did twice, room felt like a shoe box, toilet barely worked, surrounding area is gross, must pay to park, pictures are extremely deceiving
El hotel estaba limpio,.las instalaciones no son nuevas Pero las han mantenido en buen estado. Es un hotel tipo turista para pasar una estancia corta. Las estaciones del metro muy cerca del hotel, aunque en general la zona huele muy mal.
Los alrededores son horribles, muy solitarios, hay indigentes por montón.
The breakfast was absolutely great! The property was quiet and the rooms we super clean and maintained.
The tv in the livingroom had bad coloring but that was minor.

The location was excellent , walking distance to main shops and business. It included the breakfast on the 2nd floor. About one block walking distance to Marta subway/train station.
The carpet in the room was ok . I just don’t like carpet in hotels in general . The elevator was not working correctly. The surrounding area , (neighborhood)had homeless people around.
Didn't get experience nothing but rudeness
The Guy working the night we went to check in was so unprofessional and insensitive and they ft being broken he told us it had been broken for three weeks. We'll i booked two weeks ago and I told that I requested a accessible room. Then asked me if I booked though a third-party I said why does it matter he that thought booking don't get looked at until arrived so we have to refund you every thing else was booked so we were on the street in wheelchairs all night worse vacation ever.
