Nice stay with kids
Pros:

The location was nice, they kept our luggage before checking and after checkout so we could go sightseeing

Cons:

The bathroom was with a lot of broken tiles, hair drier was overheating easily, the breakfast wasn’t really good

Struttura molto bella, la camera era molto spaziosa. Presente il bidet ma non gli asciugamani per il bidet. Molto apprezzata l’acqua nel minibar gratuita

Manca lo scopino del wc e non lo forniscono nemmeno su richiesta, dicono per motivi igienici. La pulizia della camera era molto buona, ma dovrebbero migliorare per quanto riguarda la pulizia nella sala colazioni. La prima mattina il cameriere ha terminato di apparecchiarci la tavola con noi presenti, quindi magari per la fretta non si é accorto che la mia tazza era sporca. La seconda mattina invece mentre ci recavamo al tavolo ho subito notato un’altra tazza sporca su un tavolo che ancora doveva essere utilizzato. Due mattine su due mi sembra un po’ troppo e sicuramente indica disattenzione

Spectacular hotel in Valencia, with a superb bar but room for improvement at reception
Pros:

recently stayed at this 4-star hotel in Valencia, and the overall experience was spectacular. The place is beautiful, well-decorated, and the breakfast was fantastic. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was large and very clean.

Special shoutout to the Bar: The drinks are excellent, and the cocktails are simply superb. The bar staff is extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. I plan to return to Valencia and will definitely choose this hotel again, just hoping that on my next stay, the reception is much warmer. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The negative point (Reception & Check-in): The receptionist who assisted me was unfriendly and seemed to be literally rushing customers through. Guests don't just appear at the hotel door by miracle; everyone makes long journeys, some by plane and others by car. In my case, after driving for over 12 hours, the only thing I wanted was a quick check-in. Having to fill out papers by hand with my address, provide documents that should have been requested beforehand, and deal with all that bureaucracy upon arrival really doesn't help. Working on a Sunday is tough for everyone, but welcoming guests with a smile costs nothing.
