Tutto sommato è stato molto bello, piacevole e ci torneremo volentieri!
Pros:

Ottima posizione, la suite con vasca idromassaggio molto bella.
Anche gli esterni e gli spazi comuni come la palestra e la stanza dei giochi molto belle.
Tutti gentili ed ospitali, a disposizione per ogni necessità. Torte della colazione sempre fresche.
Ci torneremo volentieri

Cons:

La pulizia è stata saltata per una giornata e a volte un po superficiale.
Colazione / cena non molto varie ma soprattutto il caffè con le macchinette e non fatto al momento una pecca importante (per noi che adoriamo il caffè)

I think private beaches lined with umbrellas are ugly. Also, beaches are public property and should therefore remain free. 50 euros per day is simply ridiculous.

Pros:

Líbil se mi výhled na moře, vše bylo kousek od hotelu jak restaurace, tak obchůdky. Ubytování bylo čisté, bazén byl čistý a masážní.

Cons:

Na snídani jsme si museli každý den říct aby dodali jídlo protože to přinášeli po 2 porcích, což bylo hned pryč. A také nebyla žádná zelenina.

Pros:

Blisko do plaży, około 100 metrów. Personel pomocny, odpisywał na wiadomości i potrafił spełnić prośby. Jest jednak sporo „ale”. Czystość pokoju słaba. Pod łóżkami kurz, który nie był wycierany kilka tygodni. Zdażyło się też, że pomimo ustalonego codziennego sprzątania nie zostało ono wykonane. Śniadanie słabe, powiedziałbym, że nawet bardzo ale co kto lubi, jest typowo włoskie czyli siedem rodzajów ciasta, jedna szynka i jeden ser żółty. Żeby załapać się na jajecznicę to trzeba być albo pierwszym w kolejce albo wyprosić, żeby dołożyli, słabo. Najgorsze jednak to co przy basenie, o ile basen i woda ok tak zgłaszaliśmy obsłudze, inni goście także, wystający gwóźdź z desek przy zejściu po schodkach do wody, nic z tym nie zrobiono podczas naszego pobytu (pięć dni). Miejsce, w którym ten gwóźdź wystaje ja zabezpieczyłem pachołkiem czerwonym, bo obsługa to olała. Nie wiem jak można taką sprawę zostawić tym bardziej, że z basenu korzystają małe dzieci. Generalnie ja tam napewno nie wrócę i nie polecę tego miejsca za takie pieniądze.

Il soggiorno è stato nel complesso discreto, ma ci sono stati alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati.

Siamo arrivate giovedì alle 11 e avevamo già comunicato tramite messaggio la volontà di usufruire della SPA. Ci era stato risposto che non ci sarebbero stati problemi, ma una volta arrivate ci è stata proposta come unica disponibilità il giovedì sera alle 21:00. Avevamo inoltre chiesto la disponibilità per venerdì e sabato, senza però ricevere una risposta chiara.

Anche per quanto riguarda il servizio spiaggia abbiamo riscontrato un po’ di confusione: avevo prenotato in anticipo e mi erano stati comunicati due prezzi differenti. Inoltre, dopo aver pagato la spiaggia all’arrivo, il venerdì sera mi è stato chiesto nuovamente il pagamento; solo mostrando lo scontrino la situazione è stata chiarita.

La cena della seconda sera è risultata un po’ disorganizzata, probabilmente a causa di altri eventi presenti nella struttura. Inoltre, i menù previsti non sono stati completamente rispettati.

La colazione è stata sufficiente, ma non particolarmente varia rispetto alle aspettative. Alcuni prodotti comuni, come la Nutella, non erano disponibili.

Nel complesso la struttura è piacevole, ma una maggiore attenzione all’organizzazione e alla comunicazione con gli ospiti renderebbe l’esperienza decisamente migliore
