Sink dripped
La atención fue muy buena por parte de Roberto quién nos dió la bienvenida. La habitacion muy confortable, un hotel antiguo pero muy bien mantenido. Un espacio acogedor que cuenta con una barra y un restaurante hermoso para catar vinos, comer y porque no tomar unas cervezas. Volvería con gusto.

It was a very peaceful, quiet environment, located just a short walk from a variety of restaurants, cafes, and recreational activities, making it convenient for both relaxation and entertainment.

Not a lot of bells and whistles. No room service. The business center didn’t work. The steps getting in and out were tricky with heavy bags.

The extra large jetted tub was a plus. Caution the hot water is boiling hot. You will need to test the water before sticking you feet in.
Microwave n fridge in the room
The location is great. We always knew once we were on Market Street, just follow that to the end. The television was the easiest to use out of any hotel I think we've ever stayed in. There was no figuring out how to get a menu to come up. No scrolling to do. There were many outlets in the room, which made charging devices easy. We didn't use it, but it was nice that we got a complimentary 25% off coupon to use at the restaurant in the hotel. We never had to adjust the temperature once. It was always the right amount of cool. There was no dampness to the room like you often get with chain hotels. The on ramp for 95 south is just a few steps from the hotel, so that was super easy when leaving to come home.
We are early risers and were told that although there is no breakfast served, there would be muffins and coffee in the lobby. The area restaurants don't open until 8:00 am. We left at 6:30 am to head for home. We thought we'd each grab a muffin on the way out to hold us over until we got a little ways down I-95, but there wasn't anything set up yet. I wished we'd grabbed a couple for the room when we saw them the morning before.
Our room was clean and comfortable, but I was disappointed that it wasn't the room that was in the picture, that the balcony view wasn't what was in the picture. There was no exposed brick. There was no view of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge. We could barely see the river over the Market Street bridge even though it was right there, but we had a good view of the parking lot below. Having been there now, I understand that it's a historic building, so not every room can face the same direction. If I were to stay again, honestly, I would call the hotel and ask specifically for the view of the bridge and an exposed brick wall in the room. I felt a little cheated out of the charm for the money I paid.
Location was great. Robert helped us tremendously as our scheduled driver did show up but Robert walking into the building to start his day noticed us still there. He was wonderful.nice
