Excelente servicio, en especial de la recepcionista del chek-in, así como de los porteros.

Muy buena ubicación, tranquilidad y limpieza.

Por la noche al frente en la calle, se ponen a vender comida al paso y el ambiente y el olor se vuelven "pesados".

excelente

Del hotel me gustó todo, lamentablemente las calles de ese sector son muy inseguras se nota muchísimo el abandono de la municipalidad de Santiago para el sector tan bello

O hotel em si era bastante cômodo. Excelente localização. Boas areas comuns, com sofás, mesas, tomadas; o bar e o restaurante eram bem confortáveis. Academia e café da manhã razoáveis.

Cons:

No geral, estava tudo bem. Acho que o banheiro poderia estar mais limpo; sinto que a banheira e as paredes do banheiro precisavam de uma manutençãozinha. E o café da manhã poderia ser melhor, mas também era razoável.

En los 4 dias de estadía no cambiaron sábanas y la habitación no contaba con aire acondicionado o por lo menos no estaba en buenas condiciones ya que no funcionaba
