Me encanto la decoracion, la habitacion y el bar
El agua caliente no tenia presion y la calefaccion solo funcionaba pars enfriar la pieza, estas 2 cosas me hicieron pasar bastante frio. Fui en octubre

La atención del personal. La comida, la cena muy deliciosa, la ubicación.
El barrio es bastante lindo, tipo europeo, zona de Santiago bastante tranquila.
El desayuno no es muy variado, las mesas del comedor se movían.. y no tiene estacionamiento lo que no es bueno para los que viajamos en auto.

el olor del baño a alcantarillado muy fuerte y bulliciosa la habitacion que daba a la calle
El hotel está bien mantenido en gral.
La atención del personal , sobre todo del restaurante es muy mala. Un garzona pretendía que nos tomáramos una botella de vino con restos del corcho que a ella se le había roto.El estacionamiento está muy lejos y se paga aparte. La habitación si bien comoda , tiene unas cortinas muy claras. El gym no tiene pesas , ni implementos y la única máquina de ejercicios está mala.
Muy buena ubicación, y el personal muy atento y amables. DIANA de la recepción muy atenta y exenete en su trabajo...me ayudo mucho.
