A calm pleasant stay
Pros:

Great location, within the old city and close to the main railway station. Bathroom modern and well equipped. Large wardrobes with plenty storage.

Cons:

Breakfast option was pricey with limited selection. The room had a retro communist chic vibe with furniture from the 60s, not for everyone's taste.

Nice traditional hotel on a perfect location but the smaller rooms do not really deserve five stars
Pros:

At approximately equal distance from the railway station and the main square, the hotel is ideally situated for train travellers. It is a nice old traditional building, however the room was a bit depressing as it faced a small inner court with just concrete and nothing else.

Cons:

The bed was too soft and there was absolutely no room in the bathroom to place anything, no proper shelves.

Great place to stay in Krakow.
Pros:

Location is great, just on the edge of the Planty park and next to the main museum. Also only a short walk from the square.
Room was large with high ceiling and a decent bathroom which two people can use comfortably. Well equipped with kettle and coffee machine.
Very comfortable bed and good room cleaning with the now common option of declining. Water replaced daily which is appreciated.
Excellent breakfast with a large buffet and served hot food. As it is also a restaurant , the hot dishes are imaginary, not just eggs here.
Staff all speak good English and are helpful.

Cons:

Room was perhaps a little tired in keeping with the grand dame atmosphere of a hundred year old building with many public rooms.
