A surprising gem of a hotel in a pleasantly quiet part of town very close to the main square
Pros:

Unexpectedly luxurious and spacious room with a wonderful bathroom. Comfortable bed and completely quiet room at the end of the corridor so we were not disturbed. (room 411). Room was actually a suite with space to relax in a living room with a TV and an area to dress with wardrobes and then a very large, high ceilinged bedroom (which also had a tv). Shower was the rainwater type plus another smaller showerhead. We ate downstairs in the restaurant twice and had breakfast three times. Wonderful chef, fantastic food and presented so beautifully. A very short walk to the centre of the city and the main square (5min walk) and right next to the Barbakan and fortified wall of Brama Florianska and the Planty park which encircles the old town. We enjoyed the small bar a couple of times. And they have a great billiard table in the foyer for anyone to have a game. The staff at the desk were really so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Really it was just such a surprising find.

Cons:

Service in the restaurant was a little sporadic. Sometimes attentive and sometimes they just weren't they or if they were it was impossible to catch their eye!

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location. 10 minutes walk to main train station.
Hotel has lovely charming period decor
Restaurant on site is outstanding for dinner and breakfast.
Staff in the hotel were all very friendly and accommodating.
This was my 2nd stay here and I would go back.

ארוחת הבוקר, מעניקה אמנם אפשרויות בסיסיות... אך לכך מתווספת האפשרות לקבלת מנות מיוחדות עפ''י תפריט שעל השולחן, כגון חביתות לפי דרישה, כריך בנדיקט, או פנקייקים.

Cons:

להוסיף אולי מכונת קפה נוספת בחדר האוכל, לארוחת הבוקר.
בשעות מסוימות, נוצר ''לחץ'' בעמדת הקפה והמתנה בתור.

Very clean, very polite staff helpful professional always looked immaculate well groomed very smiley

Beautiful hotel in old town
Pros:

Perfect location, pretty quiet and close to everything we needed (restaurants, Wawel castle and train station). The room was clean and spacious, loved the decorations.

Cons:

For this price, the service should have been exceptional. There were some minor mix ups but we were able to sort them out.

Cons:

Não é um 5 estrelas! Nenhuma tomada no banheiro pra secar cabelo ( no meu caso) . Nenhum creme para corpo ou outros mimos que até um hotel 4 estrelas fornece.Não tem carregador de malas.
