The hotel's retro concept is very charming, the location is excellent, the breakfast menu is delicious, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel has some serious comfort issues. The air conditioning was very weak, making the room uncomfortable at times. Sound insulation is poor, especially when other guests slam their doors, which can be quite disturbing. The biggest disappointment was the bed—it was extremely uncomfortable, by far the worst bed I slept on during my trip to Poland.

The hotel is beautifully located in the Old Town, right next to a lovely park and within walking distance to absolutely everything. We stayed at H15 Francuski for a birthday celebration, and they surprised us with wonderful treats. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and very comfortable. The 5-star breakfast was outstanding, and the hotel restaurant is excellent. Most importantly, the staff is incredibly polite every single request was fulfilled perfectly. We will definitely come back

Kicsit kicsi volt a szoba, kevés pakoló hely volt, vastag volt a nyári időjáráshoz a takaró. Autóval körülményes a megközelítés.

Pros:

God service og meget hjælpsom personale, lige fra rengøring til servitrice i restaurant.

Rent og en behagelig duft alle steder.

God bar, med meget hyggelige lokaler.
