Pros:

Hurricane itself is a nice area.

Cons:

Poor staff communication and resolution of issues.
We have a 10 month old and I sent multiple emails starting from March for our May trip requesting information on if they had a pack-n-play or portable crib for the baby to sleep in. Absolutely zero response. I called multiple times and when finally getting a staff member she said she "didn't know but will write it down and ask the manager to get back with you"...she didn't ask for my number so I knew something was wrong. I gave her my number unprompted afterward so that there was no excuses. Zero call backs. When we arrived, guess what? NO baby cribs. I brought this up to the staff on duty, she just shrugged and said "oh our manager has been out for over a week" as if that explains or helps at all. No solutions offered, just indifference. Didn't even offer a partial refund considering the issue. We had to "sleep" with a baby between us on a tall bed, terrified he'd wake up and start crawling/fall off while we slept so we go no actual sleep.

Struttura nuova, curata e super pulita. Le stanze sono ampie, addirittura con angolo cottura ed un super frigorifero.
Ottima anche la posizione, leggermente interna rispetto alla strada principale e quindi tranquilla oltre che comoda per raggiungere lo splendido Zion N.P. Parcheggio gratuito disponibile di fronte alla struttura. Gentilissima la ragazza alla reception

Wszystko super, duży parking i fajna lokalizacja w drodze do Zion Parku. A wieczorem można odpocząć w jacuzzi.

Cons:

Brak sztućców, talerzy, patelni itd. - zdjęcia kuchni trochę wprowadzają w błąd, kupiliśmy jedzenie a nie było czym go przyrządzić.

On road trip. Made reservation online using Starlink. Online ratings misleading

Booked online. Staff was nice but didn’t seem very knowledgeable about there role and using computer systems for check in wanted to use Apple Pay for security staff didn’t know how to. Took t

It was great. Friendly staff with a newer, clean, we'll maintained facility.
Pros:

The hotel is right off the primary road to Zion National Park so getting too the park is straight forward and easy.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like about it. Even being next to the elevator was no problem. We never heard it running.
