I really enjoyed my stay and will stay there again if the opportunity presents.
Pros:

Simple and clean. The rooms are well decorated, the beds very comfy and I appreciate when you are given a variety of pillow choices. One of the things that stood out for me was how quiet the room was. I did not hear doors slamming shut, feet tromping in the hallways, or anything else. I felt like I was the only one there. The efficiency kitchen was not a must have on my list for an overnight stay, but I’m sure trekkers to Zion or other types of tourists would find this very helpful. They were also very welcoming to my dog.

Cons:

Not so much the property, but the booking process. I had requested a 1st floor room after I booked it. I am a 75 yr old woman, traveling with a 60 lb dog and though I try to pack lightly, that’s a lot to handle. When I asked about getting a first floor room, they had no singles left and I did not want to pay extra for a bed I did not need just to be on the first floor. Not sure who dropped the ball; the hotel or Booking.com, but I wound up on the 3rd floor. Fortunately the elevator was close to the lobby and not far from my room.

Friendly, professional staff and a clean and comfortable hotel - will stay again.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and provided great service - we asked for a room switch and it was accommodated. The pool/hot tub is lovely and though we didn't use the BBQ, we appreciated that it was there and available so will plan for that next time.

Cons:

This did not impact us as we also had camping equipment with us , but while there are fridges and stovetops available, there are no cooking accoutrements in the units or information on how you would get a pot or a pan. Other guests we met commented on this, and it would be helpful if this info was provided at check-in.

Attention, vous ne pourrez pas cuisiner !
Pros:

Excellent hôtel, très propre, chambre spacieuse et personnel accueillant.

Cons:

Pourquoi promouvoir le fait que les chambres possèdent une cuisine si on ne peut pas s'en servir parce que l'hôtel ne veut plus fournir d'ustensiles en raison du fait qu'il ne possède pas encore de lave-vaisselle industriel pour garantir l'hygiénisation de ceux-ci ? Quand on fait un road trip et qu'on veut économiser en mangeant à l'hôtel, on réserve exprès des chambres équipées d'une cuisine pour pouvoir le faire. Tout ça pour que quand on arrive, on nous dise que ce n'est pas possible... J'appelle ça de la publicité mensongère ! La piscine n'est pas mal mais les alentours puent l'urine et devraient être mieux entretenus...

Guter Aufenthalt in top Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist top. Viele Essens Möglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Zum Nächtigen reichte es vollkommen aus!

Almost perfect stay. Would recommend.
Pros:

I liked the town of Hurricane, it has a small town feel with modern convenience. This property is very accessible and easy to get to. The room had a full size fridge/freezer, microwave and hot plate.

Cons:

The trash outside was full and the bathroom in the lobby had a stopped up toilet that needed addressed. Our room however was excellent.
