Would've given a higher rating if the A/C wasn't a factor.
Pros:

The location was convenient.

Cons:

The air-conditioning seemed to struggle to keep the room cold, even if set at 61. The air freshener in our room was an eye irritant.

Pros:

First night bed was comfortable, pillows were also. AC was good. Shower was wonderful. After getting ready for bed I was in the bathroom. All of a sudden something exploded and light bulb crashed onto the floor beside me with glass all over. Maintenance came and cleaned up the mess. He told me they would move me the next day for my second night.

Cons:

See above concerning lightbulb crashing to the floor. I had a difficult time exiting the bathroom to get to the phone to contact front desk.

Pros:

I stayed in a their king suite. The first room the dead bolt was stuck so went back down to front desk and she happily changed my room. The staff even up graded my room with a balcony. The rooms were clean, bed super comfortable and bathroom very clean and up to date. Would definitely stay here again. Could not tell you anything about the amenities because I didn't you them, expect the wifi.

Cons:

I did not find anything I didn't like about Courtyard Marriott.

El desayuno muy rico, y el personal que atiende es muy bueno, la piscina algo pequenna.

Cons:

El minibar muy pequenno, estuviese bien si el precio fuera mas economico, la relacion precio amenidades no fue la mejor.

This property is in a great location (very close to everything) and the staff is great.
Pros:

This property is in a great location, very close to airport. The facility and rooms are very clean, staff is very friendly, and pool/gym are great. Parking is free and feels very safe. They have a Starbucks in the property, so that is nice.

Cons:

I honestly have no complaints about the property. This is my second stay here, and will continue to stay here for my Sarasota trips. It is in a very convenient location for my needs. The staff makes me feel very welcomed.

I stay at this hotel regularly when visiting Sarasota.
Pros:

Traveling alone and being a woman they gladly moved my location to a higher floor. Booking.com I was a bit put off by as the room they booked was for a handicap room on first floor. I did not request this nor would want to take this accommodation away from someone who needed it. CLOSE BEACH FOR FAMILIES Lido Key

The pillows were very soft and flat. If you like flat pillows then it's great but if you like a firmer , fluffier pillow then you will not like the pillows.
