2度と利用しない
Cons:

清掃員の勝手な言い分を客に押し付けるというサービス業ではあり得ない対応をされたこと。最終的には実行されたが、仕方なしの態度と詫びる気が全く感じられないフロントスタッフ。きめ細やかなサービスとは程遠い日本では考えられない。さすがワールドワイドだと感心した。

We won't return unless you upgrade your facility to accommodate clients with accessible issues
Cons:

Asked for an accessible room and was told np in email. When got there, apparently they are renovating but there are no accessible rooms, ie walk in shower and taller toilets. Also there wasn't an electrical outlet in bedroom to plug in cpap machine. One outlet not near bed with a power bar and electrical cord was attached and placed under carpeting to one side with the air conditioner plugged into it. This is totally unacceptable and could probably be a fire hazard
In this day of aging clients this property is not looking out for seniors in mind or others wkth health issues
We will not be returning to this property. I will say that we were offered to go elsewhere, but it wasn't easy at that time to look elsewhere. The staff did upgrade us, but it wasn't a perfect solution

Pleasant stay, breakfast was decent and coffee very good.
Pros:

Close to downtown- unfortunately is past few months the homeless and drug problems expanded their area into the adjoining streets and Sandman is at the edge of it all. Not their fault and they have very good security and card access program in place. Kudos to Sandman.

The woman at the front desk was lovely all cleaning staff were super friendly as well

Good stay. Room was as expected. Location is within walking distance to many restaurants attractions.
